  1. 500 a piece obo these need to move + shipping

     

    these are what came with my kit. they are the journal bearing style and are in great condition. i rebuilt them recently thinking they were leaking come to find out i was boosting my crank case blowing oil out of the seals. They use the t4 housing and 3 inch v band clamp for the downpipe. These do not come with the manifolds shown

  3. I know you arent the editor of the mag. geesh :) I was just suprised is all. I thought with Truckin' bein all over the build of your truck and you knowing them as well as you do, that they would have helped you acknowledge them. maybe a side bar or something?

    nope going twin 76mm those heads flow 353 intake and 276exhuast

     

    Kurt Urban is a legend! Just a thought, arent those cam specs a little too aggressive for an FI build?

     

     

    nah not for these heads im an aggresive kinda guy. Kurt built this motor for a 108mm turbo. It will work fine with my twins

SO! here's the thing, i'm going to pull the LQ9 out of my truck in 2 weeks, i'm supposed to be picking up a 1999 Civic for 1200 bucks that is going to become my DD while i work on my truck thing is i don't know a damn thing about these trucks/engines, i'm old school muscle but i've never done this kinda build I wanna do a cam, bigger intake, bigger TB, TB spacer, exhaust, S/C or T/C, and i'm going through the whole engine and replaceing all the rings and seals because it has 72,XXX miles on it and it needs to be fresh because if i'm going to do it why not do it right. but i need help like i said i need advice, i'm going to send my PCM to wheatley once i know everything i'ma do to the truck but i wanna run 8psi w/ a S/C or around 14 psi w/ a T/C i know we have both types on this site and i want a run down by people that have them and how they feel about them. but yes i will start to post pics once it comes apart. and keep everyone updated on my build.

     

     

    On a funny note i have to build my engine in my bedroom since i don't have a garage here in NC because they are aparently garage Nazi's here.

     

     

    BTW i'm only looking for like 400 - 450 hp

    leave out the tb space those dont work with fuel injected vehicles
  6. Hpm(danny tranny) 4l65e 2WD /w Yank SC3000. condition=excelent (1800$)+ shipping If i have to separate It will be 1550 for tranny and 650 for the Yank

     

    This unit has 7k on it. The tranny works and shifts flawless. If you need to talk to the builder i can get you his number. I dont want to separate the Yank SC3000 from the sale. The Converter still has the free restall from yank if you want it different. this is the billet cover 1000$ converter. Shipping is about 150 on the tranny and 45 on the verter.
