I noticed fram changed numbers for our trucks from 9837 to a 3506 which is physically shorter in size but same around. Anyone know why?

Hows the drivability of it? ie from idle is it pretty tight? I am looking at converters and am worried I wont like the streetability of a stall

I had a 2dr tahoe that they tried to use kbb value for which was like 2500 because I had 185k on it. I said no and negotiated with them pulling compariables on the net and printed them off and showed them what the rarer 2drs were worth and they bumped it up to 3800. So I think if you do a little leg work you usually can negotiate a little . just my .02

Yep I know I am wrong ... I think there are plenty people that have the same type of opinion on this site whether it be speeding ticket or tint or whatever small thing. Just doing a little venting. I only drive the truck on weekends so when I got a ticket on friday I was like wth., I was pretty suprised I didnt get a warning. I have never been stopped for anthing in my truck or stopped by that officer before. I was very polite and made no comment about finding other things to do to the officer. I am sorry if you think I dont or didint respect the officer. Just as a curious person was wondering if they can pull you over for just tint. If they can then no problem. I realize you probably hear that all the time.

just to be clear I am not complaining about the ticket for the tint just thought they couldnt only pull me over for just tint. Just think with all that goes on in my town you think they could bust someone else like the meth heads running around... Rant over sorry haha I think ill just pay it and leave the tint on. Hey all- I just received a ticket for my window tint. It registered at 14 percent according to his meter. In minnesota I know the law is 50 percent on fronts for trucks and the back can be whatever you want. My question to you all is - Can a cop pull me over for just the tint alone? He said he pulled me over for the window tint . BTW the ticket is $135

I thought the gods over at pt were being extreme.. good to know I am looking at a 450 myself and using the supply as a return.

HI all --- My father in law has a 2005 avalanche and the trans just went in it. I was wondering 1> is the trans a 60 or 65e? 2> is there different year 60e's? What I mean is will any year rebuilt 60e drop in for the 2005. I saw that some list trans for like 98-04 and 05 and up? Can anyone clarify this for me ? Thanks
