Yeah the flat tops are the way to go. You don't get hot spots.

Not bad. I think it took about 8 hours total to do the whole truck. I just wanted to take my time and do it right.

Evey light in the cluster is surface mount light bulbs. The headlight switch/ A/C control stearing wheel controls/ and the bed light-fog light switch are all surface mount lights, not leds. But in the window switchs and heated seat switches are surface mounted leds. Picture of mine before I did it. -

The fog lights are going back in tomorrow. I am making new brackets, and I put my billet grills in the brake ducts to hide them more.

Auto parts store. It is just in a rattle can. Then I cleared it.

Yeah, I wanted it not to stand out as much as the stock color.

Well I changed my blacked out ducts. Now they are storm grey with black on the inside. I wanted to make them stand out a little more than just black. The truck is a little dirty but you get the picture. Before: After:

Yep, did it all myself. It was't to bad for the first time. I also think red would look good to.
