  6. coming from the best tuner himself. the doctor (krambo) here is the best tuner i know of and has worked wonders on many cars / trucks. thumbs for a good man and friend

OBX are the best bang for your buck header on the market by far. no quetions asked. a true longtube header, FULL STAINLESS kit WITH midpipes for 450$ cannot be beat what so ever. there only downfall is the smaller collector. i run a OBX lt's, no cats, and a corsa sport and absolutely love the noise
  9. Well said Steve . the radix will see a truck into the low 12s / high 11s without n20 or meth comfortably (also highly dependent on the tuner). after that you will be pushing the envelope
  10. if your going to DD your truck i would go with a radix 112 or 122. you can buy one at this point for 2500~ and they are complete kits which are very easy to install and require basically no maintenance what so ever. i believe the first oil change is at 100k LOL. they will also run well past 100k with no worries at all. what i will say is if your looking for efficiency and power potential pro charger is the way to go. IAT's run 3 degrees above ambient unlike the radix (30-40 degrees at all times) and once you hammer the radix they will spike up insanely. the only downside to the pro charger is that it requires oil changes every 5000 and unless you get a drain tube its a real PITA. you have to remove the head unit to change the oil. other than that i will say the pro charger trumps the radix in every way. you can find a used P1SC or D1SC for probably around the same price as the radix depending on mileage and condition. a D1SC may run you more than the radix tho i had a 112 radix for 4 years and just switched to a D1SC last winter. major upgrade IMO

    MPG. ?

    the SS averages 10.9. but i have no problems seeing around 10 city and 14-15 highway. i have a stall converter it really brings down the mpg but i also drive my truck for recreation. i dont DD it and try to push mpg out of it my NNBS tahoe with a 5.3 will do about 14 city and 17ish highway with 24s
  12. my old 03 yukon had bad door blend... the shop charged me 3xx with labor and parts. wasnt to crazy
  13. lolllllllllllll the SS badges are backwards and gigantic on the door for starters. if that year is right that truck was a 2000 z71 cause they changed to NBS that year but the z71 models were still OBS. which means they ruined a pretty cool truck those were nice trucks when they were out
  14. some minor changes and that can be an awesome truck. lose the mirrors the running boards and the wheels. lift it up more with some nice tires

  16. oil is oil. there is no hidden secret behind any of them. synthetic oil just doesn't break down like conventional does which is why some advertise high change intervals. switching to synthetic can also save you some money cause you can go longer intervals. if you DD your truck and dont abuse it to badly id say you can get atleast 5-6000 out of a change

  18. Selling my 02 again because I have to many cars and need to pay off my motorcycle. It only has 51k on it. It has the ground effects package, full leather interior, monsoon system, and the factory hurst short throw shifter. Car has SLP Loudmouth 1 and SLP lid. Also comes with chrome c5 z06 reps 17x9.5 18x10.5 with 305's in the rear. These wheels are currently black (plasti dip) as a look tester, I will leave them the way they are and the buyer can choose to peel them or not. Car will come with factory chrome wheels as well. I am the second owner and have had this car for almost 2 years. This car has never been in the snow or salt. Its been stored every winter since ive owned it and with the previous owner. Need this gone ASAP. Needs drivers side window motor and the front bumper could use a repaint. will put up pics later
