  1. I have an employee who is a part time artist and draws portraits free hand. He has been doing this for years and has drawn a family portrait for me and also many others for other employees and friends. He asked me one day if he could draw my truck since he mostly does people and wildlife. Of course I said yes and gave him the best pic I had of my truck from the photo shoot I had done. It is amazing how the pic came out. It looks much better in person, because you can see the depth of the color and the reflections that were put in. This is all hand drawn from just the pic I gave him. The detail is incredible. I am going to mat and frame it and hang it in the garage with the rest of my pictures. Just thought I would share. Original picture. New pic
  2. Ha ha, that is pretty good. Nice ride!
  3. Wow nice find. Makes me sad to see cars like this basically thrown away. Some people just have no clue. There are still plenty out the just waiting to be found.
  4. Bump for a great unit. I love mine. Easy installation and very easy to remove if you need to haul something.
  5. Looks nice man. How is the ride?
  6. Ok I think I got this one nailed down. Bought the truck in Jan of 08 from a member for $29,000. It was a little more then I wanted to spend, but being almost 2 years old and only having 2000 miles on the clock I could not pass it up. The bank let us barrow more on the truck so we did. Silly now that I think of it, but water under the bridge. We took that money and the money I got for my car, which was paid off and paid off our Visa and other stuff. So.... drum roll please.......we currently owe a little under $29,000 and it should be paid off in about 4 more years or sooner if we can. Truck now has about 15,000 miles on the clock and is still as clean as the day I got it.
  7. The only thing I know of are the RPO codes in the glove box.
  8. Nice looking truck. Good find.
  9. Damn Dan, you should have PM'd me. I would have met you out there. It is getting hot so track runs are going to be bad now. At least you were consistent.
  10. Take the meds and watch the diet and all will be fine.
  11. Damn I was hoping I just got a year younger!
  12. Very nice man. Takes a lot of talent to pull something like this off in your garage. Kudos to both of you. Now lets see some action video of that thing burning some tires off.
  13. Everything is great. Just wish I had the cash to build up the truck. Maybe next year.
  14. Wow, truck looks good Rich. How are the maggie and headers holding up?
  15. Nice! Welcome to the site. Hide your money!!!!
  16. That is awesome. I love the radiator shroud. Too bad you have to hide that under the hood all the time.
  17. Wow~ I am a die hard Meguiars fan, but have looked at Adams products before. Was there any hazing after the wipe down? This is what I hate the most. Having to use a detail spray after all that work to remove the haze. I would like to get a nice coat of wax on the truck before the summer heat really kicks in. Scale of 1-10?
  18. Nice pics. Thanks for sharing.
  19. Nice! Welcome to the West. Now you are only 4 hours away.
  20. I have the 12468 with the built in X pipe and have been told it does the same as having one built into the exhaust tubing.
  21. I have to agree with you on that one. Most of my other cars had sun roofs and they retracted into the roof. Don't get me wrong I love the top, but I NEVER have it open on the freeway. I only open it on the street and now that it is getting hotter it will not get open much and the shade is usually pulled shut.
  22. Here you go. Just shot these real quick.
