Who said this is a big cam? Unless I am reading wrong its only a 223 duration cam, yes it does have some lift to it but nothing terrible. That converter should be a fun time in it and still have good manners all around. Prob won't hit your goal of 500 without some supporting mods, but it will be fun. yes there is run,my pn 54-000-11 it's a core and you make it so one off
It's under race roller cam steel
What he means is that grind can be made again simply by ordering. There isnt one cam spec that cant be made for someone else
My cam I ordered for my blower setup on my SSS was a custom grind but you could order it
With that said, it is not a "one off". It might be the only one with those specs but its not "one off'

Sell all of it except the converter, buy a good used Maggie, tuning software w/ a wideband, and have fun

Correct. With what you have you wont even come close. Like mentioned above with the converter and camshaft you have your 60ft will be worse than the 2.170 that is in your sig.

I think that converter will perform very well on a stock engine and you will be pleased with just the seat of the pants performance from it. It is also something to build off of.
You have to understand the concept of what it takes to get these heavy trucks moving quickly. And its not raising the power band via a camshaft without having a way to get the engines RPMs in that power band.

Up to you. I would sell all of it and put it towards a blower and be done with it. A 3k stall would be awesome with the low end torque from a Maggie.

Dont get me wrong, im not an expert in cam specs and spec'ing cams. But it doesnt take much to figure out that running a cam that doesnt start to make power until 4k with a converter stall speed of 3k isnt gaining anything. Rather its going backwards.
Also when you raise the lowest point of the power band that far it raises the highest quite a ways past what stock injectors can handle. You will be maxing their duty cycle in nothing flat.
Im assuming you bought this cam used?

how isnt this enough converter guys are running same exact converter with 370forged turbo, 408s, how do i have to much cam compared to the power these guys are pushing?
Lets start with this. Do you know where the power band of this cam is?

Way to much cam for that stall speed and also shift points. its gonna fall on its face from a dig and also have to shift while still making power.
Iv said it time and time again, I dont understand why everyone wants a big donkey dick cam in these heavy trucks without having a stall speed to match it and a fuel system to support it
In my opinion if funds are on a budget which I think I seen you mention at one time, I dont think you will be happy when its all said and done from the money you will spend for what you get out of it. Might as well find a good used Maggie, upgrade the fuel system, and roll with it. You will have more fun by the seat of your pants going that route.
With that said, im not saying N/A is a bad choice. But for the budget minded novice modder I have seen more disapointed when all said and done than someone bolting on a roots blower.

Run the truck let it warm up to temp use a temp gun check the temp before and after the cat if its cold after the cat by a lot then you my friend have some clogged cats. Reason I know is this all has happened to me go get some high flow cats welded in and you should be fine or delete then and tune them out

To the OP, do not throw 4 oxygen sensors at it and cleaning the MAF and TB wont cure it. Most likely you have clogged cats. Check what Aldofoshow suggested and report back

First off, ROLL TIDE. Second, glad to see onebadmax looking a little more positive about the Tide. Oregon does look good, I think UCLA was overrated but they put up a beast of a fight in the first half yet the Stanford game is the one I've been waiting to see. FSU is SOLID and I think that out of the three teams either one will make a great champion. I can't believe we don't have a larger FSU following speaking up. On a side note, FSU's own head coach said that they could play with anyone but he submitted his ballot for the coaches poll with BAMA at the top!!!! Yup, he put BAMA ahead of his own team and everyone else.
eh, Oregon is impressive. We could say the same or Clemson being overrated at #3 which I believe they were. Tahj Boyd or however you spell his name doesnt impress me at all. My opinion.
It is what it is, the only way we will see how this will play out is wait and see and hope the team you are for plays out.

Iv been there a couple times for work. Freightliner put us up in the Venetian/Palazzio hotel (sp). That was quite impressive. It took us two days to figure out how to get back to our rooms consistantly without getting lost. They also picked up our tickets to the Cirque du Soleil and Sundays Sprint cup race at the LV Speedway. Didnt get to do much the second time around as it was a shorter trip.
All in all, it was fun. I was there for work so I didnt get to see as much as you would as a tourist. But if I was going to spend the money to go somewhere on a trip I wouldnt spend my money to go to Las Vegas.
Although going to LV for the sole purpose for SEMA then seeing a few other things while you there sure. But not just to see the casinos, shows, and other tourest attractions. Not worth it to me
