Yep, just a 2" shackle drop. Its amazing how lowering a truck can give it a much more aggressive look.
Is the shackle drop a relatively simple do it yourself project? Been considering doing this for awhile now

If well taken care of it should be ok but your pick up your looking at isnt an SS if its a regular cab. SS's are all ext cabs but ya the 6.0 is a very strong engine especially if taken care of

Ya i had a little chip sealed last year and i looked at it the other day and it had one of the cracks starting to works its way up the glass. Its hard to notice at the moment but if it goes any further its gonna piss me off. Insurance i think will fully cover mine though... I hope

I'm liking what i here with the yoshimura and the price isn't bad. HMF sounds good but it could be a little loud. I am going to go down a tooth in the front sprocket to gain some low end power. Bump for more input guys

Did you see the shock ends on the front shocks? No bolts or brackets on it still? I wonder if they brought it in a trailer and had to take the shocks and wheels off to transport it and forgot to put the bolts back in. I doubt it would have sheared off three bolts.
I agree. Looks like they didn't even have it hooked up but who knows

I have just recently installed my HIDs which look awesome (Thanks Art) but i have just noticed that while they are warming up i am getting radio interference. Not a big deal but just wondered if anyone else had the problem and what i could maybe do about it?

Little off subject but thought i'd ask anyway. I have an 05 Honda 400ex that is all stock except for a k&n filter. I'm considering modding it up some and was thinking of maybe putting a different exhaust on and maybe re jetting it and maybe re gearing it for some low end power. Anybody out there with some input or opinions on this subject.

unless the military sends me there, dont have to worry about cali laws. Honestly I wont be towing, just was a different thing I wanted to try out if that makes sense. AND the simple fact of having a truck to take off road AND to the track seemed appealing. Of course I could be wrong, but it also seemed like they just had more power potential and durability. How's the gas mileage on the dmax's??

My theory is that you never lost any power but you have more volume at a lower rpm so it seems as if you may have lost low end. Keep the cherrybomb my buddy had one and i thought it was BA
...nevermind just reread your post lol i thought you just put this vortex muffler on....i would just change your setup to however you want it or if you want a new exhaust magnaflow or corsa sport FTW
