oh i don't doubt him but he will need more help getting that thing to plant the power to the ground. imo a stock suspension just won't cut it with that amount of power. but we will see it idled real ruff when i talked to him about it and said he was needing a tune.

just got done talking to virgil and he said they don't make these adapters anymore. however if you want to go the other route (spertech and tac) get intouch with justin lamanna, or look at these things he had for sale and get them. this is the only other route you can go in doing the swap if you don't want to use the xlink harness or have the plate adapter.

i feel you man the guy that wrote that thread doesn't come on this one anymore for his own reasons, but i will ask him and get you a better answer. however i have done this swap and am running a 90mm tb and xlink harness. it works wonders and is a solid piece of equipment. on another note if you don't wanna run an aftermarket harness you can get the spertech wire harness and a new tac module but could only run a car style 90mm tb. the tac module would be made by gm any other questions let me know. good luck and i'll get ya the info on that plate.
