  1. Nice antelope! Wyoming is a great state for hunting. My father and i have been out there 4 times after mule deer and antelope. Nothing at all like hunting in Michigan. We have all filled our tags every time. I shot an antelope with 14" horns one year and my brother got a 16 point mule deer that was well over 200lbs. hanging in the barn. I hope to get back out there again in the next couple years. Want to try fishing too, seen some huge trout in one of the rivers there.
  2. My signature pic will tell you what I prefer. But if you're happy with it then it's good. Please yourself, that's what matters. Looks o.k. in my opinion.
  3. Happy Birthday Stewart. Hope you enjoy it.
  4. I just want to know how you all found out.
  5. Corporate ingenuity? Isn't that an oxymoron like military intelligence or political correctness?
  6. I've been threatening to go the last couple years but something always seems to come up. Just may have to go on this one.
  7. Get a Zippy tune or PCMforless PCM. I've got only the Airaid intake, pro-flo exhaust and a PCM from Pcmforless that Zippy touched up and I ran 14.6 last spring. Zippys retune knocked off about .03 for me.
  8. You feel old! Damn, I first thought, hmm big tool sale someplace, then I thought Tim Allen and Tool Time, and I'm still not sure what the heck he's talking about unless since it's a tour, must be a musical group of some sort. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Though I did a little better. First thing I thought of was that it was a video of someone doing something really stupid. Like "What a tool." Then I thought of Tim Allen.
  9. Try doing a search. There were multiple posts on the production count of SSS's quite a while ago. Someone got the numbers somewhere for 2003 and 2004 but I don't think I've ever seen numbers for '05 or '06. 2003 was around 10,000 total uniits with black being the most and blue the least produced. 2004 was around 6000 total units I think. 2005 and 2006 were about the same as 2004. Not sure though.
  10. Must be an age thing Ray. Vanishing Point is still one of my favorite movies. Love the ending. Also Smokey and the Bandit since I owned the same car at that time. Another that's not really a car movie was Duel with Dennis Weaver. It's an old flick but you gotta see it if you haven't.
  11. We see them around this area too. A friends elderly parents were taken in. Guy offered to reseal their driveway for $300.00. All they did was spread around some used motor oil and tar. There's also a group that goes aorund with pieces of shingles and tell homeowners that they are "roofers in the area" and saw pieces of the roof missing or something similar. They get a cash deposit and never return. It's always good to be wary of any unsolicited home repairs.
  12. We've got a great cure for bugs in Michigan. It's called WINTER!!
  13. HEADLINES FROM THE YEAR: 2029 Ozone created by electric cars now killing millions in the seventh largest country in the world, Mexifornia , formerly known as California . White minorities still trying to have English recognized as Mexifornia's third language. Spotted Owl plague threatens northwestern United States crops and livestock. Baby conceived naturally. Scientists stumped. Couple petitions court to reinstate heterosexual marriage. Last remaining Fundamentalist Muslim dies in the AmericanTerritory of the Middle East (formerly known as Iraq , Afghanistan , Syria and Lebanon ). Iran still closed off; physicists estimate it will take at least 10 more years before radioactivity decreases to safe levels. France pleads for global help after being taken over by Jamaica .. Castro finally dies at age 112; Cuban cigars can now be imported legally, but President Chelsea Clinton has banned all smoking. George Z. Bush says he will run for President in 2036. Postal Service raises price of first class stamp to $17.89 and reduces mail delivery to Wednesdays only. 85-year $75.8 billion study: Diet and Exercise is the key to weight loss. Average weight of Americans drops to 250 lbs. Japanese scientists have created a camera with such a fast shutter speed, they now can p hotograph a woman with her mouth shut Massachusetts executes last remaining conservative. Supreme Court rules punishment of criminals, violates their civil rights. Average height of NBA players is now nine feet, seven inches. New federal law requires that all nail clippers, screwdrivers, fly swatters and rolled-up newspapers must be registered by January 2036. Congress authorizes direct deposit of formerly illegal political contributions to campaign accounts. IRS sets lowest tax rate at 75 percent. Florida voters still having trouble with voting machines.
  14. Turnovers are what the game is all about. ND couldn't even get a first down. 10 yards offense in the 1st half. ND would have won the game if they executed some plays correctly and stopped Michigan. Isn't that true in all games though? Problem was they could not do either. I agree ND was highly overrated. Ohio definitely has a good team. Never count Michigan out though. Read the history. Michigan/Ohio should be a hell of a game this year as usual.
  15. What a game! EVERYONE said Michigan didn't have a chance against the #2 ranked Fighting Irish. Yesterday ND's coach said "We'll do our talking on the field." Looked to me like Michigan put some duct tape on his mouth today. Didn't hear much from Jerome "I hate Michigan" Bettis either. All I can say is, GO BLUE!!!! In case you missed it: Michigan 47 Notre Dame 21
  16. Understand completely... What thought proceess has to go through your mind that you finally come to the conclusion... " Man this is a great idea!" But , still funny in a demented way <{POST_SNAPBACK}> And nobody knows demented humor like Brian.
  17. I wish I was 31! I'll be 51 saturday. Enjoy it while you can. It really goes fast.
  18. Hang in there. Things will get better. Just the fact that you had the brains to seek help is a very good sign. Life can be a bitch at times but it always seems to turn around for the better. Stick with the rehab. You know you can do it.
  19. Mine was about the same as JF-03-SS. I/4 tank of gas and myself (165 lbs.) aftermarket wheels, and soft tonneau. 5410 lbs. '03 SS.
  20. Always. Just a habit now. I do agree that it's a stupid law. If you want to fly through the windsheild, that's up to you. Just don't hold me responsible for the injuries that occur because you didn't have it on. Same thing with helmet laws. I think only a fool would ride without one but I also think you should have the right to splatter your brains on the highway. I'm so tired of the government taking away our rights for the "greater good".
  21. One of my first jobs was at a Goodrich tire dealer. One day one of the mechanics asked me to bring in this sweet 73 Mustang from the parking lot and put it on the hoist for him. Since the customer had dropped the car off for the day and my being 17 years old, I thought it would be fun to light the tires. So I did a beautiful burnout in the lot and came in the bay still doing about 20 mph. Realizing I was going way to fast, I stepped on the brake pedal which went completely to the floor Nobody had told me the car was in for brakes! Luckily there was a rack full of mufflers that stopped me from going through the back wall of the shop. $1800.00 damage on a car that probably cost $5000.00 new. Believe it or not, I didn't get fired.
  22. Now if you had a ram air hood and some crazy eyes in the back window it would look really good! j/k Stewart, You know I really like your truck. Can't wait to see it go now. High 12's maybe?
  23. Don't know if anyone is going tomorrow. There was 6 or 7 of us last night at Murrays. Hot Rod Truck and his wife are supposed to be there in her Camaro and Zippy said he's going to be there sometime.
  24. No awards this time Bob hope to see as many SSS as I can <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No Awards!! Then what's the point? If I make it, it will be a little later.
  25. Has anyone decided on a time? I mat be able to cruise down there tonight. Just need to know when.
