  1. Got back the other day. You do have to go thru security again if you are changing terminals. That is not fun when you have a 14 month old child, a car seat, a stroller, a backpack, a carry on and a diaper bag. Avoid JFK if all posible.
  2. What is the best way to get from terminal 4 to terminal 1?
  3. I'm flying into terminal 4 from Cleveland, OH and departing from terminal 1 for Athens, Greece and I was wondering if any one knows if I have to pass a security check point between the two terminals at JFK? Thanks.
  4. It eas easy to install. That one is from a 1998 Suburban that I picked up off of Ebay. All I did is replace the gray cloth that was on the top half with leather to match our headliner is and installed it. Had to do some wiring modification to get the lights to come on when the doors open, but no big deal.
  5. This is what I have on now. Yokohama Geolander H/S-T G052 size 285/50/20. Great in the snow. Last set of tires were the stockers that gave me 56500+ miles.
  6. You are going to need more than what you get with the kit. You need a modual to bypass the factory security to start the truck and another modual if you want to use their remote for keyless entry. You can check my sig for the system I have installed. It was $500 out the door, lifetime warranty on parts(if a certified shop installed it) and have had no problems what so ever in the 3 yaers I've had it.
  7. It would take up to 40 warm up periods to clear the evap system according to my OBD II tester user manual I have.
  8. If you do find them, just call the cops to make a report and show them the car that hit you and get their insurance info so you can have them pay for it.
  9. Just wanted to say that I kind of like the new format, but the ads in the posts MUST GO. I do not know how it is on the supported members side but first post starts with ads. Also the SS on the address bar is gone and replaced with a V.
  10. I'm with you. I quit being friends with people because they drank too much and became a whole different person.
  11. There is a seat heater modual under the seats. I have the Wiring diagrams on DVD and can convert them to PDF files, but you need to know the year and what type of truck (silverado Z-71, 4X4, 2X4 etc.) or SUV (Tahoe or Suburban Z-71, 4X4, 2X4, Limited, Luxury etc.). The diagrams vary year to year and model/trim level to model/trim level.
  12. Depending on where you live you can get a 2WD or an AWD which has the front diff. I would venture and say more to the 65% have that problem. If you live down south with no or little snow get a 2WD.

    Color

I like the blue because they did not make many of them and the color was dropped after two years. Makes a bit more rare in my opinion.
  14. I got mine replaced under warranty a couple of years ago. The cost on the paperwork was $901.22 for parts and labor. Just to let you know the P/N of the front diff/axle is 015123421. Keep in mind that I have an 03. I had my work order scanned and converted to a PDF file if you are intrested. I have emailed it to a couple of members to take to the dealership to show that this is a wide spread problem and that they are not making anything up. BTW, no noise and going on 35000 miles since replacement.
  15. Do you want pics emailed to you? what address?
  16. I do not have the auto temp control and it does not happen to me. Maybe it's an auto temp issue.
  17. Thanks for the input. Thats the one I was leaning twards.
  18. Here are my two selections. 3110 CANOBD2 Tool 1203 CanOBD 2&1 Tool Kit. Any feedback from anyone that has one of these or has used one of these would be very helpful.
  19. I say go for it, as long as the tack the washer to the back side where the double sided tape goes.
  20. GM wont help you. They wont brake any speed limit laws to duplicate the problem, so they will say that there is no problem.
