Depends on what kind of exhaust you go with. If it's only a muffler swap then I don't think it will be worth the drive but if you go with headers and cats and the whole 9 yards then yes a tune would be a good idea.

haha yeah flowmasters drone like nuts. I have my dual in dual out magnaflow dumped and it does not drone enough to make me change it. I love the sound. It's quiet at idle and it's nasty when I get on it!

Your best bet probably would be magnaflow. But nothing aftermarket that I know of would be as quiet as stock. Just don't dump the magnaflow and you should be fine.

We really need a wake up call I think. Like the movie w/ Denzel Washington "John Q" where his son needed a heart transplant but it was costing way too much and the doctors said 'too bad so sad'. He went into the hospital and held the place up w/ a gun until they did the transplant. I know its a movie but I can see that happening in real life. I think someone needs to just tell the government "cut the sh*t!" We can fund the prison system to provide our murderers and rapist w/ free health care and 3 squares a day but we cannot get the 80 year old man his medicine who has to go back to work to pay for it b/c medicare will not pay the full amount. And that kind of situation just seriously breaks my heart and makes me mad. Why am I paying for a guy's health care that killed someone?! I would gladly pay for a old war veteran's health care and let the murderer rot!

I watched it not long ago and I felt the exact same way. Now I'm sure the way they present it makes it seem like it is 100% perfect but there has to be flaws. But when you put it next to the system where the old guy was told he had to pay $60,000 to sew the tip of his middle finger back on then it looks awesome. An about the Cuba part...I just sat there w/ my mouth open! I could not believe that! I do think he got it right when he said "Maybe the American government and the media want us to hate France b/c they have it so much better then we do." It all just boils down to money. Which company can make the most and spend the least. It will be pretty hard for America to switch to a national health care program b/c it might effect some CEO's pocketbook. I would not mind paying a little more taxes into a national health care program to pay for someone's doctor visit b/c they would be doing the same for me. (hopefully)

3/8 tube coming out of radiator... Outlet from the TB. Same thing for the inlet I just could not get a good picture. 3/8 back into the engine. Pretty simple mod. Keeps the TB a little cooler. You will need about 6 feet of 3/8 tubing and 2 clamps to fit over the ends. just make sure you do it when the engine is cool. I lost some coolant doing it warm. May need to add some more after its over, just watch how much comes out!

Won't get you any horsepower but you can do a Trans Cooler for pretty cheap. You could also do some 'free' mods. Like a TB coolant bypass. Not sure if anyone else has done it here but it's working for me. (I will try and post pics later) Headers are a good option and so is a cam but I would go w/ a custom tune before anything. Had mine replaced not too long ago as well and they did not flash mine either. You should be fine. They would be pretty stupid to flash it back to stock if they see the blower in there lol. Good luck!

wow I knew at some point someone would get fed up with all the the hybrid hype and bring them into that kind of light. I thought it was weird that they only last 100k miles...Who knew? I'm almost to 100k and it's still running strong!
