  1. Mine worked out great but it had traction issues and the tune wasn't right when I ran it so I only got a 13.4 @ 100 which isn't too bad! But I'm sure it could get into the 12's with traction and the good tune its got now.

That's pretty good Matt wat headers did u use on ur 69 and wat engine mounts trying to get all the parts ready for my 69

  2. Wow that things looks awesome! Not sure if I've seen a crew cab clone that well done before and dang is it low! pepsicheer.gif

Thanks Matt how did ur lq9 work in ur c10 my 6.0 ran pretty good hit a 13.2@103 the way it is with 22s and everything still haven't even mess a lot with the tune still has alot of potential should go easy mid 12s on slicks and good weather and getting the tuned dialed in. I bought my brothers 69c10 just like urs going to swap a ls motor into it working on the paint right now.

  3. Thanks everyone for the comments

The sunroof was like 350 and I installed it so didn't pay for labor

  4. NEW UPDATES ON PG.2 12/14/12

Well had been wanting to do this for a while just never had the parts and time finally I started and completed it I converted my 06 crew cab silverado to a SS with all the claddings etc. Just istalled a sunroof and installed a 6.0 a couple of months ago with heads/cam so it can defend itself and istalled some Intro billet wheels just want to make the rear wheels deep dish and do the interior and I'm done. Did all the work myself motor claddings drop paint etc.

Thinking of getting 24s deep dish in the back and slamming it so it can tuck about 4-5' moreless

Comments welcome hope you'll like it

  5. I got an 05 ex-cab 2piece drive shaft from the junkyard for my 06 crew cab just made a crossmember and bolted it in same length anyone with a crew cab silverado I would recommend you change it out have had alot of friends with crewcabs that break the driveshaft. The original driveshaft is alittle thicker than a finger nail, just filled with foam thats not good. Now with the 2 piece I've gotten it up to 120-125 and no problems at all.
