Well guys I started on lowering the car yesterday and we got the front done and it looks good. We came acrossed a snag on the rear cuz of where you got to cut the rivets out of the stock shackle on the drivers side near the tank. I have to work today but my buddy said hed get it done today hopefully. Also I did the antenna delte mod using the Escalade cowl piece and that looks good. As well as we had to remove the hitch for the loweing kit install and I believe IM just goin to keep it off to mke it look clearner and for a lil less weight.

I will try this myself.

On either side of the bulb housing there are push clips. Just push both sides in toards the houseing itself and it should just allow yoou to pop it out of place. Then you can remove the bulb. I used a pair of needle nose pliars to help push the clip on the right side of the house ing ast it was hard to get my fingers in there.

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you have changed the color of your SS emblems on ur headrests. I was thinking of changing mine to blue to match the truck more. If any of you have done this can you tell me if there is a way to do it without removiing the headrests and have them done at a shop somewhere. Thanx!

Yea I have this problem as well but i think mine is the ground wire we ran to the metal under the steering wheel. I hope to fix that problem tomorrow. I agree with above you have a bad ground connection.

Actually not too bad but id get rid of the Euros, the exhaust out the back and would have painted the brake ducts red instead of blue for starters.

Bluecat def knows wut hes doing. He tuned my Firebird and just this Tuesday he did the SS. I could tell a differenece right away on both vehicles. Plus he has the only dyno in the local tristate area. Well at least from where I live.

They have a SRT8 Charger here in South Point also and I talked to the cop who drives it and he told me what all it has done to it. Its tuned out the ars and has a turbo on it.

Since your in Lex now check out kyhorsepower.com Its a froum that is identical to this one but its for everyone in the tri-state and KY area. There are a lot of engine builders and ull find a tuner who goes by Bluecat on there who knows his stuff who are all in this area.

You can also find them on Ebay decently priced. Thats where I got mine from but yet to install it.

What are the benefits to going to a bigger amp Alt.?

Yea man that does suck. How come u didnt do a trial fit before you got it painted?

I changed mine yesterday and found them real easy to get off. I thougth u had to pinceh the top and bottom together to get them off but u actually have to pinceh the rfont of the light towards the tailgate and the back of the light to get them to come out. When you pinch them they just pop out with ease.

Still sounds good man but I like the sound of ur truck with teh Magnaflows u had on it. Now I will get to enjoy those mufflers thanx to you, lol.

Well this helps me out cuz I have LEDs to put in mine. I will try to pinch them off tom. lol. Sorry to thread jack a lil. Hope you get yours changed man.

We all play with our shaft from time to time but Ive never had to do it to fix my shaft, lol.
