My father in law is wanting us to do a retromod build on one that body style. S10 frame, 350, and newer style interior. Something that could be drove everyday if you wanted to. I think it would be a fun build.

So, when do I picked up the little rusty project? My father in law would turn back flips for this truck.

If you use a metal putty knife, make sure to cover it thick with black electrical tape. This will help prevent scratching your finish.

Ordered mine from Amazon dirt cheap. Work great.

Would it fix it? More than likely. Do I know a better way? No. Would I suggest it? No. Unless its a clean silicone job, it won't be reversible if you use actual glue. That would be why I frowned on it.

as funny as it seems, I don't believe it would. Every ss came with grey ducts. The silver on the current bumper is different from the ordinary. Don't get me wrong, I love my ss bumper cover, but that looks amazing regardless. Sent from my SM-G900R6 using Tapatalk

I wouldn't even do that. The section of the bumper with the silver really makes the wheels pop, and blend everything in perfect. If you clone, or dont clone, I would switch out those headlights to some clear with clear reflectors. I think that would clean everything up perfect.

The truck is pretty perfect the way it sets. But I think the wheels is what is winning me over, super clean truck. It will look awesome either way.

They are more or less paying for the rarity of the truck. While some are after function, like yourself, others are after the rarity. To each their own. I like the AWD trucks better myself, but I have a 2wd. At the time, the 2wd was much much cheaper lol
