o man that is never any good. i had to mod my driver header a little to get it to clear the front drive shaft.

i just found out that one of the U join cap bolts are hitting one of the down tubes on the header. so ill be going to nappa to find a bolt that is not hex top and not 1/4 tall head on the bolt.... pisses me off. ill be calling texas speed

yea it was not bad. the rears will just not be there. the exhaust guy will just clean the threads out on the headers i talked to him today.

yea i havea wheatley tune with a rear o2 delete.

well i just installed my headers everything went well everything is bolted up. i am having problems with the o2's the not srewing in..... the is ceramic coating in the treads i am gonna have the exhaust shop deal with it on monday when it goes to the shop for the high flow cats and flowmasters. took me and my brother about 3 hours with a dinner break.

from what i was told a person dones not. your truck will get plugged in and it is sent to an office type place where the ppl who really do it say if it pass or fails that is why jiffy lube can do it now

i some what have the same prob..... mine kicks the ac on and off if the truck sits in the sun. like i get off work and the ac kicks on and off for like the frist 5 minutes then its all good from there...... am i just low on free-on

to get the cladding to work would have to have singal or excab crew would be a custom cladding for the the rear door. only thing is i dont like how high it sits with is was lower then i would jump all over something like this.

i would do it if it did not come with the 6 grand price tag

first would be dont hit the SS . second would a paintless dent removel i dont think they are more that like 35 bucks.
