as for the seat belt thing i would fight it cause u had it on when he pulled u over...u will prob. lose in court though unless he doesn't show up...as for the tint im not sure what the law is there but once u r pulled over i believe they have the right to to do a complete inspection and unless u know a cop that can just sign it off then u will have to remove it and put it back on or it becomes an expensive ticket at least it is here
