Only problem with starting this thread 3 months early is that now I have to wait 3 months for it!! And I might have a guy in a Mustang to drive up with me, maybe Kevins brother won't feel so lonely then.
now he can have a buddy to cruise around with. lol.

yeah if you dont open the door everything stays on for 10 or 11 mins. i beleive. if your amp light is on all the time then you are slowly pulling power from your battery also.

if your alt is good and your battery is also, then it sounds like you have something like a radio or alarm drawing power. who installed your alarm? is your amp on when you turn your truck off?

i have nearly 80k on mine and no major problems. ive had the intermidiate shaft upgraded and now my stepper motor on my speedo is going out. other than that its been a great truck

how much? are all the stepper motors good?

i had to drill out the rivets on the frame hangers and it makes it very hard laying on the ground. so i just removed the bed. its only 8 bolts and pull the taillight harness. Any time i have to change fuel pumps on a truck i always just pull the bed. plus i got to clean the frame also it was pretty dirty now it nice and clean.
thats a good idea. i might take mine off and clean mine. im sure it needs it
