Welcome aboard! I agree with Jason, I like 20's on these trucks. I do like the 22" replicas, but I like to be able to put a little more tire on one. JMO. Good luck with the mods. Another lowering kit to consider is the DJM a-arm drop kit. I am hearing great things about it. The Belltech stuff is great too! Make sure to post pics as you mod!

I have the Goodyear Eagle LS tires. Only put a couple thousand miles on them, but so far, so good.

My buddy was running in the NMCA Nostalgia Super Stock race at Indy this last weekend and said he saw a black SSS racing. Anyone on here there or anyone know who it was? Didnt sound like it was heavily modified. He said there were a ton of cars there for the LSX race.

I would need to know what "needs some work" means. A lot of times buying a cheap one with issues ends up being a lot of money and time to fix, and you will end up spending as much as if you just went out and bought a nice one. I would want the "issues" difined and do a careful inspection. If its minor stuff, it might be a decent deal. JMO

What does FML and RAR stand for? i searched the acronyms and didn't find them. I hope this is not a stupid question. LOL

I vote all black except the ducts! I think the ducts add character and help distinguish our trucks from others. JMO

Yeah, that's a bad a$$ truck! Love it. That is what I would like to see more of. Like I said, i have nothing against bagged trucks, and I realize they are perfectly driveable, but I have never seen a "genre" dominate magazines like they do. It would be nice to see some show coverage with some trucks with a "real world" stance. The bagged trucks have their place, but give some of the other styles a chance and some coverage too! Like Jason hit on above, most guys dont bag their trucks in this hobby, so why should they dominate the magazine coverage?
