The beam pattern could be from the way your lights are aimed possibly? 55 W is 30-40% brighter than 35W, but you don't really need taht extra oomph. 8000k has slightly more blue tint than 6000k. You'd be better off with either a 4300K or 6000K based on what you want with the whiteness.

How well do they reflect light? The last set I bought on ebay that were black/smoked barely reflected any light out. (for my old c/k)

Yeah definitely change the needles. I'm more a fan of the white gauge overlay but I like the way they do the numbering on the one you have now.

Did you smoke the headlights yourself? Looks pretty good.

Yeah gauranteed the hood and door motors will get scrapped. I hope they make the doors open normally, otherwise no complaints.

I wish my license plate was that reflective.. help against that damn photo radar lol Edit: Here is how I routed my ballasts, under the (i guess its called) the rad frame, I got a little lazy with the wiring on the passenger side but you get the gist. You can't quite see the ballasts themselves except thru the holes, but its directly under the bar with the zipties on it. First 2 are passenger side, last one is drivers side.

I like the High beam ballast location, I actually have a very nice spot for my low beams, I'll take a pic a little bit later today and post it here, it might be too hard to explain via text. Btw, what bulbs are those in your DRL's? And how the hell is your license plate so reflective?

Wow that is a huge plus, are there mounting spots on it to tie zip ties to? Because DDM slims don't have any holes or anything anymore and its a big piss off when hiding the ballasts.

We have horrible potholes here in Edmonton too but I can't resist the temptation of lowering my truck so I'm goinna do it this summer Just make a game out of dodging the potholes haha. You could even just get SS replica rims and that would be a really nice improvement.

Hmmm dipped eh? What did that cost if you don't mind my asking? I wanna do something similar but I was just thinking of getting some wrap, but don't wanna deal with any air bubbles or crease/seam lines.
