  1. Here are mine in the center console. Some marine bezels and time. I still want to get the dual mount pillar when I get some aeroforce digital guages.
  2. Good work, getting closer to your goal....
  3. Wizard, Truck looks sick man, the painted intake tube looks a lot better. I remember when we were both trying to figure out a good way to route that tubing makes for a custom look under the hood. I hear you on price, I too spent a lot at about $400 on materials and silicone boots from Burnsstainless.com to finish mine off and the filter itself was like $60. I am curious how the black tubing and the painted engine covers will hold up under the hood. It looks absolutly awesome though, nice work. It took me 4 years with the same charger as you to get close, but high 12's are within reach. Do you have headers? I was curious if I remember you posting that or not. Am am very anxious to get some on, that would get you there....... smithl3
  4. Awesome pics....... Those cars sounded like a jet airliner.
  5. No problem man, glad to help someone out. How is everything working out?
  6. All, This is not my truck, this is a friend of a friends truck. He is motivated to sell, and is looking to get something else. As the topic and description says, low miles @ 13,000 2003 Black Silverado SS for $20,000. This is a private deal, please contact Dave @ (518) 792-0049 If he asks how you got the info tell him Lucas made a post on the Silverado SS website. Thanks guys
  7. Freaking coolest setup I've seen yet. Love the custom valve covers too!
  8. Krambo, I unfortunately had to leave but wanted to thank you for the offer to log a run for me in my truck. It was a perfect oportunity but that track delay kind of screwed me. The short time that I was able to stay was still fun, having all those trucks at the valley shows a pretty cool chevy presense. The funny part is you know your truck to well, you told me you will run a 12.3 and that is exactly what you got. I never even got a chance to see all the runs you guys made, but looks like you all had a good time. As far as next year, the only thing that was also a conflict on this past weekend was the Adirondack Balloon festival. Next year it is the 19th-21st and I am actually getting married on the Sept. 26th 2008 so that weekend is shot too. Could we try and make it september 13th, or October 4th? That way I can stay for more than one run.......... So what was the total head count for the day?
  9. Lake Geroge, N.Y. Last week.
  10. I love this one, I caught a hawk flying in the background. If you want it I have a high res, I just can post the big one here I guess.
  11. I am gonna go with Krambo on this one. It is a perfect blend. I am also a huge fan of the traditional Tabasco. With the occasional Habanero Tabasco as a even better kick. My Fiance always busts on me, I put it on everything...... I read an article about how hot sauce is actually addictive when used a lot. I think I am hooked MAN!
  12. Those are all some nice trucks guys. I love those wheels on r8rs4lf's truck. They fit just perfectly, like the truck should have come with them.
  13. For test and tune on Wednesdays, I was yelled at for running under 14.00 without a helmet. Is it different since you are contacting them ahead of time and it is on a weekend or something??
  14. The warrenty thing is tough. Depends on who you know or who can help. I have also heard of a few stock avalanches that have had their cats clog. I had the same thing with my truck two years ago. Blinking SES light, huge loss of power, and my exhaust note got considerably quiet. Turns out I clogged my cats, more the right side than the left, heated the right bank and fused the pston rings to the pistons and lost compression. Luckily got it warrentied but I needed a new motor too.
  15. Maddy ............... & Elly............. Two fat cats.
  16. Definately addicting. I have about 12 people at work trying to top my best, not quite as good as 6.0sleeperVHO. Good game to waste a few days................

  18. I have nothing in the calender so far that I know of, but I didn't check with my boss. I would definately make it, last year was still a good time even though we didn't have the drags. The way I look at it the later in the season, the cooler the temps.
  19. Dude, I already sent that to like 10 people, amazing the way he describes the noises. Ripping plywood off the wall......... hahahaha.
  20. Wiz, I just went outside and checked mine. I have a P1SC and a 3.65 pulley and I run a 110.5" gatorback. If I remember right it was a little tight to put that belt on but you are .05" smaller so it should be that much easier. Good luck, hopefully I responded to you in time to not have to do trial and error. Lucas
  21. That cam does sound amazing. Comp Cam? Nice work, you have tons of hours to get that thing back together congrats on the hard work.....
  22. Minute or so..... No, I would have to check the slip, I can't remember where it is now.... If I find it I will post. I found it, I was 0.467 and the other car red lighted with a -0.161. So I guess I kicked his ass. Sucker.
