Just turned 27. Bought mine december 2, 2011.

i paid 17k for mine 5 weeks ago..... 2003. blue with 55k on it, also had complete new brakes, brand new nitto grappler AT's on it front end allignement, and billet grilled front end new. Sounds like same options as your friends.

Make sure you check out the work man. Sounds like they have been slacking, overly busy, or very Unmotivated to work.... and you the end results gets screwed, with a half assed paint Job. Ive got a couple friends that do body work, and 1 that owns a body shop....... they lack motivation, or in a hurry, and the end result shows. Hope it turns out well for ya, post some pics when its done!

Congrats On the new ride Man, she looks really clean. As for what to do to it, id check all your fluids and go from there. Otherwise, if she drives good, and runs good, change the oil and take care of her till she requires otherwise. Im sure others will have more advice to give, as this site is awesome when it comes to that. Again, welcome!

Definantly sounds low for a SS, even an AWD... which yours isnt... Now you modded to hell guys, your an exception to the rule, and we know why you get 10-11 MPG Its 1 thing if the DIC is off, but you said you couldnt even make it there on a tank, and your others did... so that rules out the display being off..... Hows the truck running? What speed were you cruising at?

People will be people, reguardless of what they drive.... dumba$$es drive every brand... yes even chevys. I always wave when i see an fellow SS, if they dont wave, i could really care less. If they wanna be friendly, then right on! ABout the mugging, then romping on it part, personally if someone did that to me, it would only make me smile... because of how rediculous it makes him look.

Yep, funny how when somethings yours, you get attached to it, and it seems the best! Nothing wrong with that. Definantly SSS's Look good in all available colors..... cant go wrong.

Guess so, ive been out christmas shopping, and ive seen like 5 in 1 day.... i know what jason's ss looks like, and pretty sure id recongnize matts if i saw it.... if you see a blue SS with Minnesota plates on, its me..... atleast for another 2 months or so. Also, today, not sure your on the forums, you were turning south onto Minnesota from Tudor next to spenard builders supply, i waved at ya... not sure you saw me or not... was a Red SS.

Welcome to the site man. I just got back about 12 days ago from Minnesota, i bought a 2003 arrival blue from minneapolis and drove it back to AK. Luckily for you, red is much more common. Good luck in your searches, and keep us posted on what you get.

Sinr98. Man That things sounds MEAN! I love it! Kudos for doing the install yourself also... ive always shyed away from exhaust installs because of all the exhaust leak horror stories ive heard..... But yeah, nice job man! Love the Cluster also.

I agree about the grill thing, the first 1 looked great! Kinda sad it takes all that money, time and heartache to make a colordado look decent. just goes to show, they are uglier than hell from the factory. For all the money, you could do so much better on something else... but we all have our tastes and preferereces, which is what makes our country great.... and sometimes being differant then everyone else can be cool too, so props too the guy for that!

My truck came with brand new 285/55/20 Nitto grapplers All terrains on it, and i cant believe how well this truck does on the snow and Ice.... much better then my old 91 chevy 4v4 with Cooper AT's. Highly recommend the Nitto grapplers.

Well matt, as you can tell, its pissing, and snowing, and blowing outside LOL.... ill get some when the weather is decent.... been at my brothers house all day, building a room for his newborm to be, december 19 I promise, ill get some up!
