Ill be closing my gap next year with some 22's again.. ill be running a 285/40/22 tire.. that will give me a 1.20 inches of taller tire.

Your way looks better!!! I got scared!! Lol
-
Exact same set up as mine. Shocks and all. When mine was 1st installed i also haf the ****ed up rake with the rear sitting lower, so what i did was raise the rear back up 1 inch to level it out because i didnt want to turn my torsion bar bolts any lower because the angles my cv axles were at. I didnt wanna run into any issues with them later. I drive my truck daily. I want to go lower just a little timid bein AWD..

Dam mid12s your truck looks lower than 3/4. Maybe cause its next to the monster truck(lol). I'm mad cause it looks lower than mine.. lol

But thanks for the info, ill definately check and see. Tydoes it have the quick release hinges or regular? quick release are a 2 piece and when you lift cover all way up you can remove with out un bolting anything

ShawnsSS did a group buy not to long ago. Not sure if he ordered or has any extra but its worth a shot to PM him!

All depends on how you want it to sit. Some trucks have the chevy lean, but i thinks thats mostly in the rear i think. I may be wrong. I dont think it matter if 1 is in or out farther than the other. Just tweek them to how you want your truck to sit..
-
Yes the bump stops up front are normal like that. They are suppose to sit like that. Its an active part of the front suspension.. I know this because i asked these same questions when i 1st got my truck and i was looking under it.

Its a checkmate fx cover. Paid $250.. spoiler is the iss reproduction wing.

Oh yeah. The arrival blue had the 22's.. LOL
-
I had it strapped down to get it home. I have to drill holes in the bed behind the cab for the hinges...

How is the ride quality with the kit? Does it ride like a 2000 civic or is it manageable?
Rides better than stock imo.. With the Djm lca's and the street performance shocks..

Looks great man! I love that clean flush look. I swear I saw that truck in Avon 2 days ago off US36... are you up there? I just moved to Avon a couple weeks ago.

I got the DJM 3/4 kit and i absolutely love it!! I went with the lower control arms and hanger/shackle kit with belltechs street performance shocks.. IMO i wouldnt go any other way.. The ride quality is money!

Plus every truck will sit different because of everyones suspension is gonna be more worn out than others. Some people tow alot and some people dont. So like mid12s stated above alot of factors come into play when messing with these lowering kits. Its taken me a whole lot of trial and error to get mine to sit right. 1st attept was putting the kit on the 1st time, Then i had to raise the rear, Then i messed with my torsion bar bolts, then i messed with my shackles in back by putting up in the 1st notch. Alot of work getting it the way "YOU" want it... LOL
