I'm dropped on djm lower control arms and wouldn't have it any other way. Plus I don't lose any turn radius. With spindles you will lose some. Just my opinion.

Depends on what series tire you go with. I'm sure if u run a 30 series tire it'll look killer and ride rough. But run a 40 series and it'll ride better but rub. Depends in what you want more. Looks or drivability??

thanks bro. Glad I could help.thats too clean of a look to not use it

No I'm not notched and you don't need to be for a 3/4 drop. I've never had an issue of my frame hitting the axle. I'm running the street performance drop shocks and my ride quality is really good.

Here I got a few options to look at.
1st two:
3/4 drop kit on stock 20's with stock tires!
2nd one:
same drop pretty much w/ a 275/45/20 tire

OK. I'm gonna run it 24 hrs and check it tomorrow

OK thanks man. Put it in regular mode 3 hrs ago. How long should it take to defrost itself if there's frost build up on it now?
-
But on my thermostat I turn off the regular heat and turn on the emergency heat and that shuts off my outside unit and only runs my heat strips in my in house unit. So if im only running my inside unit will the outside unit still turn itself on and defrost itself every hour still?

Got quoted $350 to repair the part that defrosts the unit. It wasn't defrosting. Does $350 sound legit! Prolly $250 part $100 labor

alright got an update. I think it is the defrost that's not turning on. Yeah it is suppose to go to defrost mode every 60-90 minutes. I did pour hot water over it and it did help. It still works. And my emergency heat was kicking on to help heat the house. So as of now I got a "pro" coming out in the morning to look at it. So im gonna run emergency heat all day. I heard emergency heat will cost me twice as much but oh well.

Any knowledgeable HVAC guys?
Got some snow and -6 degree weather. My outside hvac unit w/ heat pump is full of snow. The whole surrounding vents( like radiator vents they look like) are packed with snow. and it looks like the heat pump inside is covered with snow. The outside top fan blade works while running heat. It didn't sound good when I looked at it when I got home from work and noticed it was packed with snow. So I turned on my emergency heat so the outside heat pump would shut off. Now how in the world do I unthaw the dam thing??? Cause I don't wanna run it the way it is and I don't wanna run my emergency heat all week.

My very 1st car was also stolen and stripped and used to rob a gas station, then they ditched it cause I had no gas in it. Lol I was 17. It was a '86 cutlass 442 pimped out! I did get it back the 1st time, then it got stolen again and I never seen her since.
