Very interesting just called Pcm for less and they said the same thing. That once u put your fan patch in that you can not drive unless u hook ur fans up. Learn something new everyday.

Yes I agree with you 100 percent lol. I'm new to all this and it didn't even make since to me. The guy told me that when they put the path in there it controls other relays and the vehicle will actually start on it's own at any time lol . And coul possible burn up the harness without them hooked up. I don't no but I'm going to call pcm for less today and ask them what they think. Thanks

I just bought a whipple 2300 ax and I'm not using the whipple tronics. There some sort of vac module on the bottom side. I was told I have to bypass that module In order for it to work right. Called whipple tech support today twice and there no help the guy was ignorant as can be and ended up hanging up on him lol. Does anyone have any info on how to do this or have some sort of diagram I can go off off? Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was told by the tuning shop I'm going to use that once you add a fan patch to the PCM that you can not drive the truck with out installing the fans first? Is this correct? Sounds kinda goofy to me lol.

I'm thinking about taking my truck to rpm perfromance in new castle Delaware to get a live tune done. Has anyone heard of this place if so any good results? Thanks

Just bought my whipple today off a buddy of mine. His truck had the whipple tronics on it. I'm not using none of that. Instead I'm upgrading fuel injectors and my fuel pump with a live tune. Anyway the whipple has this module on it that would plug into the whipple tronics then has 2 vacuume hoses going to it. Can I just leave that there and hook everything up or do I need to take that module out and just run a vacuume hose straight through? Thanks for any info guys!

well i got my truck back today from my uncle. had him rebuild the trans and beef it up add a shift kit and 2800 stall. all i can say is wow! it doesnt even feel like the same truck hes simply the best at what he does. i made a post a few months back if anyone needed any trans work done let me know or i can give you the info to contact him. he owns his own shop and hes been doing it since hes been able to walk lol. when allison transmission has a issue they call him to correct it. people come to him from all over! anyway im amazed at my truck now and im one step closer to installing my whipple charger

You got it. I'm buying the whipple used from a good friend of mine. It comes with a 4.25 pulley I called whipple yesterday and they said that should be about 6 to 7 psi. So I should be good with the 42 lb injectors. I think I'm going with the deatschwerks injectors and the walbro pump. Can't wait lol.

Does anyone know what the part numbers are for this walbro pump and where I can buy one? Also the part number and where I can buy these 8.1 injectors? Thanks

Gotcha thanks. So would u still use the boost a pump control? I'm new to the fuel injection world so I'm trying to learn and figure out everything lol.

I'm soon going to install a whipple charger, headers, electric fans and 160 stat. I will be installing the boost a pump control for the fuel pump but need to no what injector size I need to increase to? Anyone have a similar set up? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

So I replaced my front differential seal where the drive shaft yoke goes it. Checked for scratches and nicks found none! Drained the fluid and added new. Took a test drive everything was fine I get home and I look under the truck and its still leaking! Wtf? Has anyone had this issue before? If so what's the solution? Thanks

I was changing my oil the other day and noticed the front differential leaking out where the drive shaft goes in. Also the transfer case seal is also leaking. I bought both seals today and I'm going to replace them this weekend. On the front does anyone no what the correct preload is? Or should I just count the threads that's showing and make a mark on it? Also anyone have any info or have replaced the transfer Case seal? Thanks any help would be appreciated.
