A tuner can turn your last o2 sensors off then you can pass but a visual inspection would fail just keep the sticker guy talking and hope he doesn't look

I went to the dealer for both sensors & harness and intake gaskets also wrapped the harness with exhaust wrap the original harness seemed like it was brittle from the engine heat in hopes to prolong the new harness life I also got sensor safe silicone to seal the rubber boots from letting water in and prolong the sensors I didn't have a scan tool at the time so it took some driving before the engine light went out but its never had any problems since

My back knock sensor looked like it sat in salt water the front one looked ok replace the harness along with both sensors and don't drop them or they could be damaged I just did mine a year ago

I would guess that the 4 8" subs hit hard small subs always do the big ones have that deep bass without as much punch

The grill is not an ss grill its the stock grill for a regular one the diamonds are bigger on the stock ss grill probably have better luck on eBay

Number1gmparts.com can get oem with the grills stop messing with fiberglass and get yourself some oem ones problem solved

Take your belt off and clean it and all your pulleys with a brush and soapy water they don't like being sprayed with stuff and please don't use belt dressing what a mess that stuff makes

I had the same problem with mine ended up getting a new one from FLT transmission 2 transmission shops said it should be rebuilt while fixing the problem never found out what it was that caused it
