[wat are the brackets i need to install my rear ss bumper cover.]

looks like i need 2 brackets to connect the rear bumper cover. but gmpartsdirect dosent show them.

in honest opinion witch is the cold air intake that gives more hp. i was planning on gettin the k&n because of the dyno charts on this site sayin the k&n. but i like the look of the volant. so if the volant gives more hp & its better than thats wat ill get.

can i use any type of screws i can maybe find at an auto parts store or hardware store etc??? or do i have to use gm specific screws, bolts etc...

I'm the guy with 9 of the 10 brackets.

 

I'm missing the bracket thats on the right side of this pic: http://www.eadperformance.com/ebaypics/1051_bumper_brackets2.jpg There should be 4 of them and I only have 3.

 

The 4 bigger brackets are a little twisted/bent up (on the outside edge of the bumper and near the ducts). I can straighten them out like said above or sell as is.

These are pics of a set of previous brackets that I had that were completely MANGLED and I was able to straighten them back out and make them useable. The current set I have is no where near as much damage as those brackets in the pic had.

can u put them on hold for me.? i gotta go to the bodyshop first & find out witch ones i need.much appriciated if you do. would u be willing to sell me not the whole set, but just the brackets i would need for a lower price? do you also got the screws for the brackets?

hey I found some used.but 1small bracket it is missing .normally

he gets about 250.00 for the whole set.he also said that one of them got a little bent up. but it can be easily straighten, anyway You or he can do it.150 is the price as is.200 if he straightened it

yea thats wat counts. atleast the damage isnt that bad it could of been worse if it wasent for me hittin a snow bank witch caused the truck not to hit the metal railing on the express way. i was going 65 mph.

yes it did. Wat happened apparently was before the impact i steered really hard witch caused a lot of pressure damaging the pump.

thanks man. next stop for my ss is a body shop. got to get my baby fixed asap. sucks tho i was planning to use my income tax money on some chrome ss rims. cold air intake, a tune & some other goodies, now ima have to spend that money on the bodyshop.

the mechanic just installed the new pump. my power steering works like a charm now

Hey guys just wanted to give a heads up my SS bumper had a crack in the seam in between the scoop and lower bumper grill and were the scoop attaches to the bumper when I bought it. So after some searching I found a OEM replacement on stylin concepts that said Factory OEM replacement with a GM part # Normally $387 on sale for $48 I thought it was a typo or must be a POS but I was willing to take the chance for that price. I am pleased to say I received it , was in perfect condition it was urethane not some fiberglass crap and just had it painted and fit along with a 2006 tahoe Evan fisher air deflector extention Amazon for $62 . So if anyone has a beat up 1 or just wants a backup I dont know how many left in stock but 48 still seems crazy.lol I will post a new pick with it but waiting for new black billet 5 piece grill to come in and this dam storm in North east.

i bought the same bumper cover a while back. but i payed $120 for it.Wish i would of known of them selling for cheaper. how does it look put on? like the original? i havent put mine on my truck yet.
