  1. I've got a hs2504-4 rear shackle and hanger kit brand new. I'm not using it so I'm gonna sell. Bought this in a larger kit from NorCal so I don't even know how much I paid. Cheapest I can find them online is 148+shipping. So 150 shipped (it's gonna be the cheapest I can find FYI)

  2. Im sorry if im beating a dead horse. I've tried to read all these threads about puttin on the tbss intake on an 03 but i just keep reading the 03 vette fuel filter is the magic part that changes my system to a return style. I dont understand. My truck has 1 in 1 out on my fuel filter, yet my fuel rails have two connections. The vette filter has 2 in 1 out and the connection are a different type and the tbss rail has 1 connection. i cant make sense of it. Sorry im a dumb ass but can someone please explain what has to happen?

    thanks

  3. If your talking about the intake itself, then I think what your referring to as the ls2 87mm intake is the TBSS/NNBS intake. But that intake works if your truck, the ls3 intake would have different head ports and plus its a car intake, now the ls2 intake could work but idk if it these trucks would benefit from it.

If you have the newest x link then worry about the TB issue unless of course you run into any issues. When I spoke to Grant @ TRP he says he worked the bugs out on the newest 4.0 version to work well with the 87mm truck and ls3/ls7 gold blade TB's, as most people were buying these TB's for the cost vs the more expensive LS2 silver blade reverse opening TB's.

Yeah i meant i have the tbss intake with its ls2 TB. I'm taking about using the ls3 TB with the newest xlink on the tbss intake, can expect any issues?

  4. We need a sticky for this! lol. If your truck is a 2003 you HAVE to convert your fuel system to a returnless setup using the corvette fuel filter if you use the TBSS/NNBS fuel rail. 04+ trucks all have the return-less fuel system already. You WILL need to modify your stock crossover on your fuel rail or use the TBSS/NNBS rail. I was fortunate enough to know a friend with a TBSS and got the TB, Intake, Fuel Rail, and Injectors(30#) from his TBSS for $100 which was a steal. Then you WILL need an X-Link adapter, there is no way around it, $227 after paypal fees. If you use the TBSS injectors you will need injector adapters. mini delphi to ev6. Your stock injectors will work on the TBSS/NNBS fuel rail. You can purchase the evap at o reilys for $15. There is no difference between the NNBS and TBSS intake. The Newer(09+) NNBS truck have a different style throttle body but all TBSS and NNBS throttle bodies are 87mm. I ported mine and will let yall know the gains of the swap after its installed and retuned which will probably be this weekend.

    recap:

(03 only) corvette fuel filter $40

    TBSS TB andTBSS Intake $200ish

    X-Link $227

    Evap $15

    retune

    any other questions just ask

Maybe because i havent gotten under the hood for this yet, but from what i see, the stock 03 fuel rails have two lines, the tbss rails have just the one. If the "fix" is just the 2003 vette fuel filter...doesnt that have 1 in and 2 out? Or is that 2 in and 1 out? I'm trying to understand this setup before i start the conversion.
