  1. Where can i learn about a fuel cut off switch?
  2. That piece i have. I'm talking about on the underside of the hood itself at the front. There is a series of square holes across from one side to the other. On my old 92 chevy truck i remember a rubber seal/weatherstrip/gasket of some sort attached at that point.
  3. I have the insulation, but up at the front along the edge there are a series of square holes. They look like they would hold up the seal or whatever to help keep crap from coming through the hood/grill gap.
  4. Like some kind of rubber gasket or seal? It looks like something goes there, but i don't have it. After i drive in the rain or snow, the inside of my engine compartment looks like shit. I'm getting tired of cleaning it.
  5. And i don't even live in a huge city or a bad neighborhood. But with every dollar i put into it, every coat of wax i put on it, i worry that its looking too good, too good for some f'r not to steal. It'd kill me. I feel for those that have had it done to them. I've been looking around for some security type products to keep thieves out. After watching that episode of American Underworld, seeing how easy it was to steal that Silverado, I gotta do something. For example, i found this product to keep them from prying out the handles. http://www.trucksecurity.com/TScom,%20product%20JJ.htm And another product to keep them from getting the hood open through the grill http://www.trucksecurity.com/TScom,%20product%20AutoguardGM.html Another to keep the tailgate from being taken http://www.trucksecurity.com/TScom,%20product%20GK.htm or one like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Master-Lock-8253DAT-Tailgate-Lock-/231170606199?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35d2d78477&vxp=mtr&nma=true&si=I9ZNpj4iPqp78KFdo2SLqxQxv9o%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l255 The stuff listed above are all $40 or under. Of course there is Ravelco at $500 but i hear its unbeatable http://www.defeatthethief.com I have aftermarket rims. And i know there is a product out there for stock rims that goes under the wheel cover and keep people from your lug nuts, but i can't remember the name of it. For myself i've been thinking of searching out some hardened (arp maybe?) hub studs and go with spline wheel locks on every stud. Anybody have any others?
  6. Sorry guys, I couldn't wait any longer and i couldn't pass up $199 shipped. I'm out of the buy.
  7. Payment sent for option A and various decals. Thanks
  8. I'm in for one. As long as they AREN'T numbered, lol! And while I'm in your thread, got any of the Silverado caliper stickers available? And maybe a couple of the Supercharged ones too? Thx
  9. Red one? I'd take it if no one else needs it.
  10. I wish NorCal got answers that fast
  11. Pics please. I'm curious what the race style looks like.

Oh man, i'm sorry to hear that. Your truck is an awesome machine. Hope it all gets taken care of the right way. Good luck!

That nice bright white light is exactly what i'm looking for. There is a place local that would do it but they tell me white leds would still give me a light blue result because of some type of film that is supposedly on the factory gauge face. Where did you get it done? Also, what the heck happened to your truck man?? Ouch!
  14. It's hard not to think that a clone is made with stolen parts though. There's just so many out there.
  15. I put my reds in tonight, they are awesome! Thank you for bringing these to the community!
  16. Anyone know the part number? I'm tired of the loose control panel. I tried super gluing the broken piece back on but it doesn't hold.
  17. I believe it was the member's forum name who made them. From what I read, he's not a business,he's just some guy
  18. Not to bring up an old thread but i just found a guy on CL thats selling as hydroboost for $20 but he says its off an '07 3/4 ton van. Compatible? EDIT* He just sent me this "It might of been a 06. If it helps it had a 4.3 LS motor." I thought the hydro-boost was a diesel thing?
  19. They look awesome! But can i make a slight suggestion? Fifth picture down, it looks like they should stick out at least another 1/2". Spacers maybe? Or will you eventually be tucked under?
  20. Next time your in waukesha, let me know, SS's are few and far between around here (except AdamV03). Come to think of it, i saw a Blue SS the other day at the Acura dealership (not for sale), it had a cool blue/billet skull and crossbones w/SS hitch cover. That wasn't you was it?
  21. Awesome! I didn't know you could have a custom picture.
  22. Can someone describe said "clunk"? I don't recall hearing anything when i make any turns.

Nice, I always liked step sides. Are those escalade rims?
  24. I'm not a fan of most roll pans, but that looks damn near factory! Somebody has to know where that came from!
