bad O2 sensor was the problem. Changed it and everything is fine. Thanks for all the feedback......lol

Just crawled under the truck and noticed that the wires for the front O2 sensor of the drivers side was laying on the exhaust pipe. Wire is melted a little but not burned through. When the tranny was rebuilt and reinstalled it must have been overlooked. Could this be part of my problem? Dumb question, which side of the engine is B1?

Scanning with HP tuners I am seeing LT-B1 turning red and showing 25%. What can I do to correct this? Benn trying to reach Zippy with no luck so I thought I would post.

On a side note, I change the spark plugs today and the ones I took out where white instead of the tanish color that they normally are.

What is the normal IAT temp after the engine warms up? Scanning with HP tuners i average 117. Is that normal? I installed a new intercooler pump, so i'm geeting good circulation. Any suggestions? Do IAT sensors go bad?

Is the Hawk part number listed in this thread good for the front and rears?

What is an acceptable amount of end play? I have been experiencing a groaning noise for the last month. I took the SS to the dealer yesterday for diagnostics. The said that there is too much end play in the tail shaft. I crawled under it this morning and pushed up on the driveshaft where it enters the back of the transfer case. It moves up and down easily and makes a slight clunking noise. It there a bearing there that needs to be replaced? Will I have to drop the trandfer case to change it? Vince
