  1. Idk how you are when it comes to this stuff but there are TONS of locals who sell HID kits.

Ive gone to several flea markets and picked up HID kits for my vehicles and they've lasted a long time.

On my truck i picked up a kit for 35 bucks with life time warranty, and had them installed within 20 minutes of buying them.

To each their own, im sure if you dont wanna go "cheap" on some HID's, there are plenty locals who sell them.

  2. Im almost positive you wont have to change the corner lights, I think what makes them appear "amber" is the actual reflector itself.

Id have to physically check though, someone correct me if im wrong.

As for headlights, ive been seeing a lot of talk about LED lights. Id look into some that fit our trucks and go with that, they light up so much nicer and cleaner than HID's.

    Here are some pics:

He has the chrome reps you were thinking of getting as well.

Hes actually a local, and a fellow HPT.com member.

Let me know if you can see the pics or not.

  3.

Not running anything, just got a few buddies flying in so want my people hauler at least looking good. Picking up some 22 reps and a 2/2 drop with shocks and 305/40/22s hopefully can get it all done before.

My turbo s2k is in FL or I'd bring her. Unfortunately though it still wouldn't compete. Average hp car at tx2k this year is like 800. Its out of control.

That sounds badass, maybe we can set something up and roll out both trucks.

I actually ordered my drop kit and wheels yesterday, to have my truck ready.

My initial plan was to have my 240 running, hoping to be pushing upwards of 600whp.. but ive just been to busy. PM me if youre down for something.

  4. I recently ran into a body many locally here in Houston who makes these wings. He doesn't use bracket but some alternative method of some adhesive like double tape/glue, which he provides warranty on. Ima try it out, beats drilling holes into my truck.

I had that ebay wing on my previous truck and all it was, was a piece of metal bent, and drilled with holes. Eventually if I didn't constantly tighten down the screws. One of my side pieces fell off.
