Interesting..

Best upgrade imo is a hydro boost conversion. It can be cheaper than rotors and calipers, and it is a huge improvement in stopping power.
Any details on this?
Never heard of this upgrade.

Wow, your truck looks real good.
Always had a soft spot for silver birch SS's

Morning fellas,
Did a little impromptu photoshoot this weekend with a frat brother of mine, and decided to share some pics of my beauty.
Hopefully have a legit photshoot done very soon. Let me know what yall think, planning on having a build thread soon, once I decide which direction im going as far as boost.

17k seems hefty to me.
But you know how that saying goes, if you really want something, price is the last thing you worry about.
Honestly id take it to the dealer and get them to fix the small things.
From my perspective, other than the rust, its general maintenance, you wanted something in prestige condition, then go buy yourself a brand new car.
Only thing that bothers me is the price you paid, but if you like it that much, then fix the small details, if not return in and find something else for a cheaper price, which im sure will also have little details to fix.

Glad to hear youre doing much better.

H-town checking in. Lol.
Good luck on your job hunt boss, thank you for your service.

Got any pics or footage?
I feel tortured reading all this awesome info, with no visuals.

Ever since I got my truck, this has been something ive looked forward to, even after I dropped it.
Just haven't had the time to make it happen, but hopefully soon. Lettuce know how it goes.

Lift the front tires up in the air.
Then try to wiggle the entire wheel from side to side or up and down, if theres any play in the wheel, then your bearings are most likely bad.

Id check them< I changed my hubs recently and still had the noise.

Beautiful

Im on 22's with a 4/5 drop, anything bigger will more than likely rub. I like lots of meat too, and this set up isn't as bad as you think.

There are tons of fast trucks down here in the south that fly under the radar.
Id say predominately because they wanna keep them out of the eyes of thieves, go figure.
-
Excuse my snapchat pics, its all I have at the moment.
-
I have the same noise.
Not sure what it is, but im replacing the pittman arm and idler arm, which are steering components to see if it helps.
Simply because I've been getting a lot of bump steer as well.

Idk what the Nascar look is by ive actually got a look similar to this idea going with my truck now.
I like a low truck but with enough meat and rake in the back.
Ill post pics soon to give you guys an idea.

...an all wheel drive truck will spoil you.
What this man said.
Never owned a 4WD vehicle, and my God, I don't think I can ever go back.

When I first got my truck I started to hate Nitto Nt420s, and after getting new wheels, I switched to Nitto Nt555 and my god the thread life is amazing.
I drive the hell out of my truck and still have about 90% thread after 3 months.
