  1. When I think Joe Gibbs....I think of this with a floor shifter image by Afun2011, on Flickr
  2. Well I met the owner. He just bought it off a guy who did all the work. The new owner is an older guy without any knowledge of the SS stuff. He was the one that added the black step sides and tonneau cover. I really like the way it looks, and I hate clones of anything.
  3. Boy if I had a chance to go with a second set of tires and wheels.... Untitled by Afun2011, on Flickr Untitled by Afun2011, on Flickr Untitled by Afun2011, on Flickr Untitled by Afun2011, on Flickr
  4. I'm really digging your setup. What kind of wheels and tire package do you have? I'm going to order those hood decals!!
  5. None of your posts have been helpful. You corrected me in my hood decal thread and that was it.....thanks for your contribution!
  6. I've seen these silver decals. They look pretty good. Does everyone put them on both sides or just drivers or passenger side?
  7. Decided to go with a Hypertech 160 TSAT...Comes in this week from Summit. PCM goes out tomorrow to Charlie Wheatley....I'm Excited for a little bit more power
  8. I'm glad to say got in touch with Wheatley via text. Provided all the information I needed. I will be very happy to get my tune from him.
  9. Thank you..^^^ if I could only get a tuner to call me back
  10. My understanding is a hotter car is better for emissions and a colder running car is faster and not better for emissions....I also read you could increase timing on the engine with a colder car...but that kind of talk is complicated for a newb like me I would like an answer to those questions
  11. How Cold does the actual heater start blowing? Does it become a useless heater? Is a tune on the PCM necessary? Do you have modify the fan to kick on at a different time? Thanks Guys
  12. Sent an email to and text to Zippy and nothinng yet
  13. So the Murray seems to work fine
  14. Seems to be $30 bucks less compared to Hypertech and SLP. Anyone using these?
  15. Is it possible to just get a simple tune with the added exhaust and intake? I here a tune really wakes the truck up without having to modify the trans, and other components....
  16. So a good Zippy tune before any of the big stuff like a cam. It's a weekend truck looking for a little more juice
  17. I really want to install a cam ....what direction should I go
  18. Ya think, I'm actually very happy with the stance. That radiator baffle does help with the perception of it being lower than it actually is. The next step up would have been 265/70/17. Did not like the thickness of that sidewall. Would have probably lost the " look". Overall this tire is1.3 inches less in diameter size.
  19. My goal was to keep the sidewall short and keep the 17 inch wheel from the looking small. I think I nailed it.
  20. I like the look! What size is your actual tire?
  21. I don't know if this thread will gain any traction. I have only recently discovered that the look I like on these trucks is considered " Nascar Like ". This particular online community is unique. Most like to drop their cars and increase the size of the wheels. I have always been opposite of that. I have had Jeeps, Mustangs, Broncos, and first generation Broncos. I will say you guys do know how to make it look good. I love the way this truck turned out and wish to see more like it. Still missing some blacked out RBP mud flaps. This will help with towing. Untitled by Afun2011, on Flickr
  22. I like these mud flaps. I think I am going to pull off the look and make it functional. It's not the drag car look and it's not the work truck look... image by Afun2011, on Flickr Just in the rear to avoid kicking crap into my boat
  23. Oh baby does this tire clean up!! Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo 2 Untitled by Afun2011, on Flickr I won't lowering it. I need to pull my boat. I already have a rise on the ball mount. I also need mud flaps. I'm always in gravel up a driveway and different parkings for launch ramps. Feel very comfortable with AT tires.
