i suppose i could just remove the front fender piece just not sure if it would be to obvious it is missing,however i think ther is a way to cut the cladding on the fender side to do it,ive also got to relocate the winshield wiper fluid tank but thats no big deal

i mainly want to remove the small panels attactched to the front wheel well so i can do a norcal mod for larger tires without rubbing but obviously i wont remove just those panles alone it would look goofy so i would take them all off,ther are holes in the bottom of the door? could you possibly post a picture for an example that would be awesome

possibly taking all my ss body panels off my red 04 ss,everything red in color and in good condition could be braught back to showroom quality with a little tlc,anyone want to throw out a offer on all the paneling minus bumpers? and side note: anyone know the actual difficulty of taking all this paneling/cladding off ? i took a quick peak doesnt look like anything crazy just curious if someone has already done this could share ther experience possibly thanks...

thanks but no im actually wondering what the lengths are so i can get 2 inch longer shocks because ive lifted my truck,so if you happen to have the stock lengths it would be appreciated

looking for cheapest option (company) for rebuilt front diff 04 ss...i understand these things rebuilt across the board are all pretty much the same quality ,they al rebuild them the same way to the same specs ,from what i gather anyway....mine tooka s##t on me today now i need to know the cheapest decently well known company to go through for a new one....thanksalot

so i recently rigged up a dashcam using a contour roam 2 camera i had originally used on a deployment and a old suction cup style gps/cell phone holder..i originally set this up to document a simple family trip...since using it on that trip ive captured some interesting things...including a mischievous fellow checking out my truck in a very suspicious manor...so i was wondering how people feel about dash cams/if anyone else uses them for racing or anything at all really..feel free to share any funny stories of things youve caught on a dash cam or any thoughts you have on the subject

i just dont know how i like a shifter sticking out of the console doesnt look very clean to me i guess,i plan to remove the whole cup holder section,make a template of the shape of the drop in cup holder section then cut something study to take its place I.E plexy glass aluminum flat stock etc...then drop that onto the lip portion making it somewhat flush then mount my shifter straight on top of that

i think im going to come up with my own mount right on top of the cup holder console,cover the left side of the cup holder center console and mount a b@m pro ratchet on top it would be a lot easier than cutting all of the stuff shown in that how to thread

want to see some shifters! thinking about installing a shifter so i can shift my truck manually looking at many different options.. also feel free to share any experiences you have had good or bad with using a shifter,gated style ratchet or whatever youve had experience with! any feedback is good feedback ..thanks

how much work in replacing all bearings and races?

just curious did you guys that have removed/replaced one before did you rebuild yours on your own or did you buy a remanufactured one?
