its a 96, with a GT40 motor! Only 391 hrs and has been good to me this far.

always used Mobile one Syn. every 5000 miles instead of conventional oil every 3 3000 miles. You can probably even go more than 5000 saving the extra cost .

I dont remember seeing a zerk fitting. Is it in the cab or under the hood?

Mine did this when I had my PCMforless tune. Brought it back and they corrected it.Sorry I don t know what they did but it is in the PCM.

Dawn dish soap will remove waxes. If you are going to use a different type of silicone product or acrylic product (der shiney stuff) you dont want to put that down over wax. So, thats why Dish soap.

I understand that the cables for HDTV are not all the same and the right ones will increase the quality. Check up on that.

How do I access the dash bulbs for the heat/ac control area and radio station select buttons on a 95 Silverado.

I had the whole window unit replaced at the dealer by a glass co. No more noise!As someone mentioned , it s all one unit which is glued in. Dealer said it was a very common problem.

I was told that nasty occasional start up sound is some sort of anti knock sensor and is normal. Heated seat works the same as everyone else has. Once the seat warms up I change it and put bottom only on (seems OK to me).
