Check you're compression on the #7 cylinder,mine had been doing that before I pulled the motor to do the 408 swap,come to find out I had a broken ring land and very little compression on #7,but other than the stalling the truck ran great and pulled hard.I think I caught it just in time as their weren't even any marks in the cylinder wall or anything.

  2. what kind of gains did you get out of this set up? Were you running an aftermarket cam or were you still stock?

     

     

    I never put it on,it is brand new.I pulled the stock motor to do a 408 swap and have gotten sidetracked finishing my other project,which also is a blown 408 in my trans am,I decided to do the lsxt on the truck and the TBSS won't fit the car so bye bye it goes,thats why I am keeping the throttle body and DR. X harness.I have heard nothing but good things about the TBSS swap in our trucks though,that's why I went That route initially.

    I'll sell you the 3.2 and you can test that shortblock!!!!after you powdercoat it red.........toolbag!!!

     

     

    I'll have to shoot you some pics of the super pulley with the cog setup,I am using a 75mm(thats 3") belt and billet idler.It looks trick under the hood of the T/A!!
