  1. great to hear, good luck also!!
  2. Maybe less than 10 bucks for an 04,but not for an 03,03 needs the whole housing!
  3. We are not really trying to make a buck, just help people out since we are going to do it either way,I didn't figure there would be more than 5-6 people that would want them..........now if there was 100 people,I might want to turn a profit!!!!
  4. We have a prototype that has been made from teflon (plastic),we are trying to make sure the ports are matched to the block perfectly and he has been making slight adjustments to the program daily,I will see how close it is to being perfect and get some pics of the teflon prototype.I didn't take the stock tensioner into account as I will be using a comp cams billet tensioner, which I recommend doing with the swap,as it was highly recommended for me. Once we get the prototype perfect,we will mill another thicker one and mill it for the o-rings,and when that is done we will start milling the aluminum finished product.
  5. Too far or me but Griot's has all the cool detailing supplies.
  6. Also heard of him from chris,he's funny as hell !! don't forget this one!
  7. I can't take credit for it,that is where I got the idea. Brad actually offered to make me a set, but he had to do them at work and since jobs are hard to come by these days I didn't want to see him get in trouble on my account.PLus I have a guy near me that does some milling so I just hit him up,his rates are reasonable enough. Danny I will end you a pic of the O-ringed version when it's done.
  8. I thought the maggie's had a built in intercooler? That looks like a steal, better hurry up and jump on it!!!!
  9. If you plan on going forced inducton do the 70cc heads as the 64c heads will bump up your compression ratio, which you don't want if your running boost. Also I am not sure if that intake will work with your truck accesories, you might have to change the water pump.like Krambo said,I have heard that the L92 heads are finicky about what cam you use, make sure you get an L92 grind.
  10. I have a mezeire electric water pump for an LS1 and if you want it to fit properly you need to space it out nearly 1/2 inch to line up with the accesories, since the gaskets are 8 bucks each I figured I could have some milled from aluminum for about the same money as stacking gaskets,I'm not looking to turn a profit but rather help out guys that already have an EWP or plan to get one,we will be milling these this weekend so if you want a set let me know as it would be nice to do them all at once. I am sure the more guys we have the cheaper it will be but look for them to be in the 50 dollar range,we have two designs planned, one with the stock gaskets on either side and one with o-rings and no stock gaskets, let me know which you would prefer. We are planning for the no o-ring spacers to be 3/8" ad the o-ringed spacers to be 1/2".
  11. Greetings, I am from the Ottawa area, always good to see mor chicago area guys!
  12. He is supposed to do a wideband speed density tune for myself and my buddies GXP,so I am sure he will have it with him.
  13. My TBTC is flashing at 2800-2900,and I have had it on my truck blown for over 20,000 miles,I have been waiting for it to crap as I am a big fan of precision torque converters (have one for my car) but this thing keeps running strong, and I am probably around 550 whp.Maybe I have the strongest TBTC in the world, but zippy said he has seen them hold at damn near 1000 hp.
  14. A quick search on youporn.com and you'll see ..........pause..............not!!!!
  15. Zippy, I just got a new hd camcorder so we will have to get a video if you do!
  16. If by "go on no problem" you mean "bolt right up" then no they won't,don't want you to get the wrong impression! These will clear evrything just fine and fit well, but are not a direct bolt on,unless you have a y pipe made for these, you will need to get new converters since these mount too far back to use the stock ones, and have tubing bent to connect the stock exhaust (which you will have to cut)to the headers, probably with band clamps (since you will need to remove it if you ever have to work on the trans (never on these though right, lol). Not trying to disagree with everyone but I don't want to see you get them and be like "but you said they will go on no problem" Buy the way,I love mine and recommend these to anyone!!!
  17. I say before tune 15.15 after 14.77 If zippy tuned it..........14.57
  18. Zippy tune,CAI,headers,exhaust,torque converter,e-fans.
  19. Let's see,Rock,turtle,Quick nock,Rockafeller,Bagger Vance-(that's a new one-he's a sandbagger)......and I'm sure there's more.
  20. How the hell did he know I printed all that money????.........Crap!!!!
  21. Any with an ls motor and a turbo maybe....???? About time you got on here Rock!!!
