thats hella cheap, I have a set now and and extra set of ballast's... will 9006 bulbs work in a 9005 slot?
I'm not 100% sure. It might...
9006 will not work in 9005 slots or vice versa, they are similar shape but the tangs are slightly different, enought that they will not work, plus the wiring plug also is different.
i have to dissagree on the 9005 in the 9006 slot. they actually do fit.
they wouldn't on my friends 01 s10 extreme, i havent tried it on our trucks

I am a future SS hopeful...it sucks to hear that there will not be a new SS for 08...and it also sucks that you cant get a new SS with leather...they seem to be becoming more and more plain...
So if anyone out there in SSville could give me advice on buying a "gently used" SS...what year and options should i strive to obtain????
I personally thought that AWD would be better...and I really liked the Arrival Blue...man it is sharp...but I also like the Red and the Black...so the more and more that i think about it...the more i end up at square 1...HELP ME

The car injectors will work but they are not a direct replacement, you need to change the wiring harness to the injectors from the truck style to the car style. you also need to add spacer to the fuel rails, the car injectors are longer. There is a how-to in the how-to section that helps alot. Alot of people have done it and have had no problems. the biggest truck style injector is the 8.1l marine 42# injectors, these are a direct swap, you just have to tune the truck for them.

Yeah im needing to do something with my fuel system. Its no where near where I want to be. With only running 5 PSI it limits what I can do with the turbo. Any one know what I outta do?

The upgraded GT67 puts out about 7.5 pounds, at least mine did, to go down to 5 i think you need a different spring in the wastegate. Your idea will work if you can be happy with just 5pound of boost. as for a 2 bar os, it is a different Operatin System for your truck. It is custom and requires the deletion of the MAF and going to speed density. currently our truck are a 1 bar system and it MAP sensor does not read boost. A 2 bar system will read boost, up to 14.5pounds I believe, but our OS does not recognize the new system, hence why you need a custom OS.

Oh thats right STS guys are afraid of the dragrstrip.. you know tooo much power might break something.
Im an STS owner and im not affraid of the track, If i havent been to one latly its becuase of a bunch of dumb luck that isnt my fault or STS's. However last time i was at an 1/8 mile track I ran an 8.3 at 8x miles per hour and that was at 7.5# of boost, and mail order tunning from nelson.
