Yea it is a pcmforless tune. Its very dissapointing to pay for him to retune my pcm and it still runs like shit. I guess the only real fix is a good dyno tune.

I feel your pain. Im in the same exact boat as you are. Did you notice with your superchips tune your truck didnt move for awhile off the line and then went. And when you'd start it, it would sputter a little and then idle fine. And now with my pcmforless i have rediculous KR. I need a dyno tune so badly. I think that is the only thing that will save us.

It usually happens when i give full throttle and it kicks down a gear. And im not to sure but it may do it at a full throttle start. Not to sure. Im staying off the throttle for awhile.

OK i finally got my scan gauge reading knock and it doesnt look good. Im reading 7.9 KR and i can FEEL IT! Its like my truck is bogging down when i hit 7.9. How bad is this for my engine?

Im sure i could. I think its harder to stick with them when already going. Id have taken him in the 1/4.

Everytime i watch this show it amazes me how stupid people really are. Like the one race i watched they raced heads up and the one guy won but a HALF length. So the next race the guy who lost asks for 4 lengths and they agree to it...HELLO!!!!! does that make any sence?? And i love how these guys supposedly loose their rides and they just shrug it off and dont seem to give a shit. Id be throwing things all over the freakin place and bashing in windows if i just lost my car.

Well he entered the highway like a bat outta hell. So i got on his ass to see if he wanted to play. We were stuck behind cars for a little and when things cleared up he punched it. We went from about 70 to 120 and i stuck on his ass every step of the way. We did this a couple times. I think he was very suprised. Boy do i love FI.

You will love the new tune. Taking out the PCM is so easy. I can do it in like 2 minutes, but thats only because ive done it so many times. I believe there is a how to on it in the How To: section. Good luck

That is one crazy invention. I just dont understand the concept of being only warm to the touch but it burns right through metal.

The code was thrown with my radix tune and i kinda had the idea it was because the knock sensor wasnt working properly, but on the other hand my truck ran like shit so i could have been putting out alot of kr(but i never heard anything unusual). I put the new tune in and wow what a difference. I cleared the code and it didnt come back in an hour and a half ride so maybe it is all good. I agree with you kevin that on a mail order tune id expect to see a little kr. Thats why im so suspicious of not having any. I guess brian is just that good. But its good to hear that there is more in my truck thanks for the helpful replies everyone. Joe

I just hooked up my interceptor scan gauge and its telling me i have 0.0 kr. This doesnt sound right to me. Its doesnt even go to .1. I unplugged my knock sensor and plugged it back in and still have the same results. Its not normal to have 0 kr is it? If not whats the problem? Thanks, Joe
