How is your dealer warrentying your tranny even though you have a shift kit? They must be a cool dealer. And if its your outputshaft, Id switch it to a billet one. But i guess your kind of stuck to whatever the dealer will do for free.

I dont know what the hell it is. But whatever it is FIX IT so we can go to the track. I really hope that doesnt happen to mine. This scares me. How the hell do you even fix that? Is it part of the shell?

Kevin, When you buy the new tensioner you need to buy a new pulley as well. The one that comes on it doesnt work for us. There is a part number in this thread for it. I bought two of them when i went so i could have a spare as well. And yea i believe i still have the broken one if you want it. But why?

I figured out the problem. It was the thermostat. It must be set for like 180 or something. I just took my stock hard lines and cut them like 3" long and stuck them in the place of the thermostat and now i find it difficult for my trans to even get warm. Its def doing a good job now. Only when i get on it will it get up to like 145. normally it sits around like 125-135.

October 1st. Sorry im putting this out so late. I was unable to post due to suspension. Im goin this weekend but if you guys want to make a bigger trip with more time for organizing we can go again. Island is open for awhile.
