yeah one inch difference youll be able to get away with with but two is alot imo and i think it will look much better with the 24's up front .
i wish some one would make a wider 22" i wanted to do this as well but 24 is just a bit big for me , im kind of doing the same thing but keeping awd , 4 linked rear with coil overs and 22x12 rears with my bfg kdw's .
at least burnouts will be around every corner , just enable some sort of traction control on the street riding those 24's will be dangerous with anything over 1/2 throttle

love lake havasu!!!! we stay at the islander often. this year not so much but hopefully will have my own spot there soon.

socal'ers really cant post these. if i posted everytime i saw an ss it would be a few times a day but i am on the road near 1k mile a week so i see alot of interesting things ,
one that did catch my eye the other day was a silver birch with a non painted bser roll pan headed south on the 55 close to the 22 interchange.

it will definatly be an improvement on fi setups when its pre compressor. . ive seen a few tests on post compressor(turbo and procharger) where only 10-15 hp was gained around the 700-800 hp range with swapping from 90mm-102mm. this is why alot kb setups with the bigger blowers gain alot of power

i actually call it something now , The little truck !!!
i drive a 08 f-550 all day everday for work , then i cruise the duramax on 37's for the little things and now when i need to clear my mind or do some ego raping i will take the SS.
i have a new something i envy though.

yeah i know how too , but i dont own the tech2 so i have to go borrow one .
i have used it to many times , i am upgrading the SS to escalade lux nav with the big amp soon so ill be tampering in with it again soon , i do see your point i guess it makes more sense on my big truck .

i have it on my 08 and could care less about it , i have to adjust my pressures from winter to summer with varying temps it triggers them and is just annoying . im glad the new benz doesent have them .
nitrogen would solve my problem but i had to reprogram the thresholds any way since 37" tires dont need the 65 psi that the nnbs 1 ton trucks come set at.

i am waiting to finish up the escalade nav,lux audio bose upgrade with the blue leds on the screen as well as the 6 disc changer in the lower console . my interior should be done after that but nothing is stock at all.
i even added the footwell lights from the 99-02 gmt800's . most have seen my interior lots of black and suede with blue led's and the 140mph/7k rpm cluster etc.

correct poly can be noisy and greased often.
the other thing that comes to mind is that the a arm bushings are over tightened , iirc its a strict 35 ft lbs . more than that will not let them travel up and down without killing the bushing and binding up . applying a good amount of grease on them on install as well is something that is good practice.
on a side not wtf did norcal get banned for?

if my truck is ready it will be coming , if not i got my new whip and it will give any ss a run for its money.
id guess its a low 12's car right now but with all the features you cant imagine and having four doors.

i may be selling mine out of country soon too, sad but im getting older and have less time to play. good luck with the sale , i know its a deal at that price and worth that x2. i wouldnt sell mine for twice that amount .

looks like its the later model year with a 6.4 , either way be prepared. the 6.0's and 6.4's are probably the worst diesel motors ever built.
i got a job because of them so i cant hate them too much. solid chassis though.

we should just have a big g2g at the ca speedway drag strip , always a good time , something to do and good food locally.
not sure my truck will be ready as i have been working stupid hours but i have new pipe's in the works along with more cubes and a monster fuel setup in the works , i may even have my 4 link finished with the escalade/nav/sub upgrade .
if not i may be rolling in the d-max or the wifes new whip. count me in reguardless.

wish i could have got your tbss for the old lady but deep down i really want one of those for the road trips instead of driving my d max , i may be able to get one of those for her instead if i find one at the auction , there still selling for over 50k at the auction as well as tbss going for over 20k.

pretty lame imo , he could have got some body panels from an actual veyron and slapped em on the pos mercury.
id rather have something faster than a bugatti veyron that looks like a metro than have a metro that looks like a veyron ,

i told you my thoughts , to me the awd is waht makes it unique and being to spank anything on the street from a dig or a roll for me is priceless.

didnt break anythign just lost a hardgasket. , i took it a step fruther and inspected some bottom end bearing and wasnt happy with how they looked so im replacing alot of stuff with bigger and better parts .
it will be together soon enough i just have no time to work on it nor the urge as its been over 95 for the past month .

yeah thats the hard part with suc a niche market everyone will say oh cool i want one but no one will commit . this is one of the reasons i have so much tied in my truck as i haad to get one of shit and its not cheap.

njow i think of it , id like it with my drag radials to see where im at on the strip on all four corners .
i have to do a bunch of tech2 programming since im doing the touch nav and lux bose amp soon so this wouldnt be too bad to enable as well.
