you can bring your switch points down,or get a wideband and run open loop.I tune my 03 Tahoe in open loop SD (speed density)

During a steady state cruise and flat terrain I have it at a 15.5:1on the highway

My mileage increased to 19mph from 16.5 at a steady 75-80MPH

When I get to inclines and more load is on the motor,I have it where the air fuel richens to a 14.7:1 until the terrain gets flat again.This works great

You can also mess with your DFCO (deceleration fuel cutoff) some.Just be careful and do not overshoot

As low as it was on fluid,that more than likely took a big hit on the tranny.The fluid was brown color,it was very dirty.That was not a good sign,and then seeing it was that low it does not suprise me it is on the way out to be honest

If you don't you are crazy as they are only about 120.00 dollars
