  1. I love the looks of that car!!!! The only thing I don't like, is the Bowtie. They need to change it to a Billet/Chrome one, IMHO. That camaro will be awesome once it is in production ... I can't wait to see one rumbling down the road....
  2. He is at Wally-World picking up cable for his new TV ....
  3. Well ... What ever happens, At least I won't have to play around with all of the Drunks .... I will be on VACATION!!!! Have fun with whatever misery comes your way ..........
  4. Here you go .... Try this link .... Tire Size Calculator Someone posted it before ... I found it really handy....
  5. NICE JOB!!!!! I went back in 1994 in Australia.... One of the best memories I ever had !!! Jumping out over the "Great Dividing Range" up near Brisbane QLD, right on the edge of the Outback....
  6. Buy the Beater .... You can use it for more than the 3 months you intend to use it for. It will keep the miles down on the SS. I have a beater. Now I have the decision everytime I go somewhere. Especially the places where the SS may be Stolen from or broken into .... I'll take the beater and be worry free ... JMHO Also, This venture inturn will help you save up again for another Super-Charger.....
  7. BIG O ... Your a Legend!!! I wish all decisions in life, came with your tests ....
  8. That was just what I was thinking .... or Caring, Understanding Ninety's Type .... LOL ... Good story ...
  9. Exactly - you're being "interviewed", and he is actually giving you the chance to get away with just a warning (in my experience). 's Nicely put guys.... summed it up just fine .... That is the way I operate. I get a simple m/v infraction. I am already thinking written warning, unless ... I see Drug/Contraband, Suspended / Revoked Registration or License, warrants, Alcohol/OUI... I personally am looking for the big stuff. Last year I made just over 100 m/v stops. All had citations.... only about 15 were civil fines ($$$), and those were mostly for Seatbelt $25.00, since it won't affect your insurance...... The rest were either written warnings or arrests..... And as said many times before ... There are some out there that are a little bit too ruthless when it comes to m/v stops ... To them it is life...
  10. Ok ... Once again without stepping on any toes..... Here is my view and many other officer's view on Window Tint. *Cough*Cough* Escalade SS take note !!! Window Tint = The Unknown ... ie:Death. You see, on vehicle stops. I really really really like to see everyone in the vehicle, along with what their hands are doing. Yeah yeah yeah, guns kill, but realistically, Hands kill. They are what act out peoples emotions. So, The window tint is important. It is set by the state at a certain level. When it is too dark, I can't see in, especially at night. If I can't see you, I don't know what your are doing?? Too many times officers stop vehicles in the middle of the night, and it really is a lottery, all I can think of is "whether this will be the time that I get shot." Thus the infraction. Now you also stated that you live in the "Meth Capitol of the country". Ok, I know the officer is thinking then, Meth = Other Drugs, Big Money, increased Violence, through the use of Guns. So I can see where it would be a BS charge to you, but the officer is thinking about safety for himself and other officers. I can agree that $74.00 may not have been the way to ask you to remove it. Maybe a written warning at first ... But on the second infraction, a civil citation for sure. ... Count your blessings ... In Mass. it is a $250.00 fine, also if you give the officer a hard enough time, he can write you that amount per window!!!! Ohio's Fallen Officers .com
  11. Sweet !!!!! I love watching those shows on Discovery or History channel when they show all the stuff that goes on with the Big Ships..........
  12. Becareful for what you wish for??? J/K Nice Job .... and give me a call once those monkeys show up.
  13. WOW Escalade SS .... I'm Hurt .... Cough ... Cough ... I couldn't agree more that there are a bunch of Yahoo's out there hiding behind a badge, due to years of ridicule and abuse by their peers .... Obviously you don't know all of us ... Cough Cough *Escalade SS* Cough... As for Dylan's brother .... I would contest the ticket. I know it's a pain in the arse, but you have to go to court and fight for what's right. The number plate issue, along with OEM exhaust is a BS charge. But, the damage is done, and you have to move forward to fix it. (yes it may be a pain to go to court for the day). Just remember, we had two officers in my department, 1 FT and 1 PT. Both were a little "Scetchy" to say the least ... Both no longer work for us. Why, due to BS tickets, complaints by the public, complaints by the Sergeants and getting caught in the occasional lie..... I know California is a whole different animal from where I'm from ...
  14. Hey All ... Went to see Larry the Cable Guy last night !!!!! If you like the man, you have got to see him live!!!! We laughed so hard, that I am still sore this morning. He was on stage for almost an hour and 45 minutes!!!!! It was a great time..... Shuan
  15. Yeah that is true.... But the unless the operator can "Actually Drive" and I don't mean all of the horse-crap you use to show off to your friends.... I will get you. Speed alone doesn't mean your going to win.
  16. Yeah ... You also live in God's Waiting Room ... You know some Q-Tip with the blue blockers on will just wipe you out on her way to the Early Bird Special....
  17. We just call them "Donor-Cycles" Yeah ... No use in chasing a bike, when you can just call ahead to the neighboring town.
  18. That my friend is SWEET !!!!! Congrats on Showing off to world one Awesome Truck!!!!
  19. Looking Good Mr. P .... But Wait ... No Billet Grille ??? A new grill would pull it all together nicely .... JMO
  20. I would definetly have to agree Pasadena .... I've seen it twice, and it just leaves a bad taste in you mouth. You already know how slimmy these car dealers are in general (Due to all of us buying our SSS's), But for some reason, these guys come off as the "Cheesiest of Cheesy" ... The whole "Gangsta" attitude is a pretty pathetic attempt at being cool. Your a Car Salesman ... That means your also a Used Car Salesman ... Deal with it!!!
  21. Brings a Tear to my Eye!!!! Another Grammer Junkie ...
  22. Good Scores!!!! It willl be nice to see the finished pics, with it all on !!!!
  23. Yes Sir ... as we say, "You can't out run a Motorola"..... I've been in three pursuits in the past 6 years.... It is an adrenaline rush for sure!!! The best part of the the Police Academy was the Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC). Got paid to beat the snot out of a Crown Vic for a week. I also have a set of "Stop Stick" pins for my uniform. I succsessfully blew out the tires on a Chevy Malibu. Vermont State Police were chasing them for about 40 miles, and he ended up coming over the line into Massachusetts. Big Mistake .... Later on in lock-up, he said "I never saw you, but once my steering went, I knew you had blown my tires".... Got 2 out of the 4 at about 80 mph...
  24. I love how he rips on his in-laws Mr. P. ha ha! "....why, i've got little widshield wipers that keep my headlights clean in a rainstorm" "well, i've got a place to F*CK your sister" he was talking about his van.... vs. his brother in law's MB Haha, I was going to past that same quote. I think my favorite Ron White quote is when he is talking about his Van and SEARS, and how they changed his tire and then when he drove away, and the wheel fell off. ... "I guess the technician was out sick on Lug Nut Day"
