  1. She obviously has issues. I know it probably doesn't feel like it, but you're going to be better off. Good luck in the future.
  2. Dwain Dwain Dwain.... the Internet is your friend Dwain <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My wife keeps telling me I need to step up to the 21st century.

    Tires

Tire Rack seems to have the best prices that I've found, so far.
  4. I've heard alot of good things about the 0w30 and 0w40 Mobil 1. I just can't bring myself to run the thinner based oils for some reason. Maybe I'm just stuck thinking old world technology. I'm just now getting into banking online.
  5. That's what I want someday. Enough land to have an adequite house, and a nice shop to play with my toys. Very cool.
  6. It does sound a little too close to be a coincedence. Both are good songs.
  7. I've been a fan of Castol for years. Ran 10w30 in all my stuff. I switched to Castrol Syntec 10w30 about a year ago. At about the second oil change I had an improvement of 1.5 MPG, plus, I increased my oil change intervals from 3000 to 6000 miles. So really it's not that much more expensive, and well worth it, imo. The oilk life system must have picked up on the change, too. With conventional it would tell me to change oil, and it was around every 3K mile. Went to synthetic, the system said change and it was around 6K miles.
  8. That's what I would think. Cool pictures.
  9. That is a very good point. This decision needs to be made between the two of you.
  10. Amen to that. I didn't realize that until I had kids. If I've had a bad day, seeing their faces light up when I walk through the door makes it all go away. With that being said, it sounds like you want to do the right thing. Some things you will need to discuss, Assuming you both are commited to each other, and the child. Is she going to breast feed, or formula. Formula is expensive, and you'll need it for the first year. Is she going back to work? If so, daycare expense. Finding a good daycare with availability. Infants are hard to place, and expensive, because they require constant care. Believe me, though, the rewards are well worth the sacrifice. Misterp has given some solid advice. I would heed all that relates to your situation. Put your finances on paper to see if you can keep the truck. A baby seat fits nicely in the back seat of an SS. I have two in mine. Whatever you decide, congrats and good luck. Preppare for the worst and hope for the best.
  11. It's so slow at work today that I've surfed the whole internet. That is all.
  12. Welcome! There are some good knowledgable people on here.
  13. Ya'll got lay away? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Maybe they'll take a post dated check. The year 10,000.
  14. That will probably not be much better than open headers, but should be cool.
  15. I don't blame you. Houston is not one of my favorite places. Austin is cool. I'm in Plano, just north of Dallas.
  16. People who are not hobbyist think we're crazy for spend what we spend on our cars/trucks. I look at it like any other hobby that's fun. If you're deep into it, it can get expensive.
  17. Very nice truck, and welcome. What part of Texas are you from? Some of us try to get together at some shows in the Dallas area.
