She knows and understands how much of an enthusiast that I am. Almost to the point of freakishness. But she loves me anyway.

#7 is a good one, too.

Did you know there actually WERE a little under 50 1983 Corvettes made? I think they were never sold to the public, but I'm not positive. One sits in the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY... I believe it was 43 total produced...only one left vin'd as an '83 (the one in the museum)... the other 42 were destroyed or used for parts on '84's! ~Brian <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's what I've heard as well, but I've also heard that the rest of the 83's just got re-tagged as 84's. Which is true? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Only "The Shadow" knows.

Wait till the kid comes along. Then when they get old enough to "help".

I'm at work now, and I'm working tomorrow and Monday. Sunday we'll be putting our house back together, still.

What trophies or awards have you ever won?
CoolBlueSS replied to misterp's topic in Off-Topic/General
A couple of trophys for soccer when I was a kid, various dash plaques from car shows with my GTO over the years. Other than that, just some door prizes at work. The coolest is a jam box with detatchable speakers, and a 5 disc changer that I won at the company picnic two years ago. It fits perfectly in my garage. -
Strange. Very, very strange.

But I have that attitude now.

I'm at 50K on the original Eagle ls tires, and am just now starting to research tires. I'm leaning toward the General Grabber UHP, or Bridgestone Dueler HP.

A guy from another site I'm on was there with a candy orange 70 GTO pro street with a big ass blower through the hood. Sounds like there was some real nice cars there. -
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say, ALOT.

I always wondered at what age your fashion sense goes out the window. I have 11 more years. J/K. Happy birthday.

GM list price is $635.00 each for piston and ros assembly, but no stock available.

here ya go. Eraser wheel 3M <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Those things work great. Time consuming, but worth it. I would take the moldings off, too. I like the clean look.

n00bs. J/K. It took me a while to figure all that stuff out.

That guy's a freakin' joke.

Secret Squerrel.

And so true.

Why Not? <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

That's one way that they make their money.

So what you are saying is that any PCM from a SSS will work in somebody elses truck? That does not sound right, but <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They're not programmed per VIN, but per options. For example, Your truck and my truck probably use the same program stock.

What is the best sounding exhaust?

Personally, I like FM's. The Corsa sounds good, too. As I've said before, ask 10 different people, and you'll get 10 different answers. It's a matter of taste. -
Good job. Imo, it is a true hero that does something like that, and just looks at it as doing their job. Congrats! We need more like him.
