  1. I have a black Silverado SS rear bumper that was taken off of a 2004 Silverado SS. The cover itself is in excellent condition. The paint has some scratches and minor defects. I would rate the paint a 7/10. The grey plastic step pads are included as well as the two brackets that help hold the corners of the bumper to the inner steel bumper.

  2. These gears allow you to mate the NVG149 to a 4L80E transmission. This is ideal way to do a 4L80E swap. I know some other guys turn the output shaft down on the 4L80E, but everyone I've seen making big power has snapped the shaft off, which isn't surprising as that's the main problems with the 4L65E as well. The output shaft size is a weak link. I have had quite a few people pushing over 1000hp with these input gears and have not had a SINGLE failure. I've personally been running one in a daily driven 750hp Sierra Denali for a few years with no problems either.

Please see my original thread on these for more info/pics: http://www.silveradoss.com/forums/topic/51391-4l80e-nvg-149-32-spline-input-gear-adapter/

I'm going to make one last run of these input gears. My cost has gone up on these and I sell very few of them so I do not plan on stocking them for the future. I want to try and get the last run made within a week or two.

Let me know if you are interested. The pricing will be as follows:

Once they are ready to be made, the turnaround time is typically 5 to 7 days so I can have them shipped out fairly quickly.

PM me with any questions or if you would like to purchase one.

  3. I'm having major problems with a XK09 DLPKGM module and Avital 4003 on a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500.

I used a GM-12 T Harness as well so I didn't have to splice the ignition wires in the column.

I got everything wired up (Soldered all connections), programmed the XK09, and the truck would start with the remote start. About 3/4 of the time the truck will shut down about 2 seconds after starting. The XK09 is not reporting any errors and the Avital 4003 is reporting Shutdown Code 4 which is Transmitter Shutdown (or optional push button). The LED on the Avital 4003 is usually flashing the LED most of the time which I believe means it is stuck in Auto learn. I cannot get it to exit this mode unless I leave the truck sit for several minutes. When it is stuck in this mode, I also cannot get into the programming mode.

The truck is also randomly starting once every hour or two. I left my keys on a table and the truck would still start so I KNOW that I wasn't accidentally hitting the lock on the fob. I have the Avital set to 3 pulses as well to start.

And after I got it installed and doing over 65, the dash would randomly freak out and flash the SES and some other dash lights/indicators.

I have reset the Virtual Tach and all features on the Avital 4003 several times. I have also switched from Virtual Tach mode to Voltage mode for starting and having the same problem. I have reset the XK09 and relearned it several times as well.

I have quadrupled checked all my wiring, searched here as well as google and cannot find a solution to my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I took pictures of most of my wiring as well if you need to see anything specific to help.

Here is how I have it wired:

  4. I have a almost complete set of Silverado SS front bumper brackets for sale.

The set is missing two of the small brackets. In the second picture, there should be one more of each of the brackets that are pictured. You can definitely mount a bumper with the brackets that are here, but it shouldn't be hard to find the missing two brackets if you really want them, or to fab something up.

    $235 shipped.
