The actual museum has tours on sat and sun we will have a personal tour like the last time. The actual vette plant is only on friday, if there is enough interest in the plant tour we can do it also last year it was just TAWSS04 and I but we enjoyed it. Jim

I just got my letter this week also and I had to replace the cluster panel last march, cost me $428.00 so I have filled out the claim to get my money back. My speedometer kept messing up last year ended up with a d--m speeding ticket from it too.

Pretty much the same look, it looks like someone went psycho on the dash and chopped with a knife it makes me sick. Mine is right above the radio right in plain sight shining like new money.

I know I read a while back about some guys whose dash was peelling like and wondered if there was a way to repair or not. (My story) I got an air freshner from yankee candle and you hang it on the mirror, well it is an oil like freshner which slowly dries out. Well the oil leaks out when it runs down to the bottom of the freshner and it made my dash bubble up bad and start peeling off. It looks like s...t. I had remembered about the other dashes and wondered if there is any hope of fixing or will it keep peeling all the way across.

I've been in factory work for 16 yrs. Started out in Indy at Logo Atheletic Apparel putting sport logos on shirts and coats for 6 yrs. I have now been making plastic bottles for 10 yrs at Silgan Plastics, which makes bottles for Kingsford lighter fluid,Roundup bottles, Huggies shampoo and baby product bottles, assorted health and beauty aid bottles and so forth. I started out packing the bottles now I am an operator that works on the blowmolding machines that make the bottles. Sounds easy but you wouldn't believe the process in making a freaking plastic bottle that someone is just going to throw in the trash when it is empty. But it pays me good money.

Actually to tour the plant, has to be done on friday, they don't tour on the weekend so I will need to know who is interested in the tour to see about it. Last year I had the event for the whole weekend but Tim(Taws04) and I were the only ones that went to the plant tour on friday. So I need to know who is interested in it so we can set up the weekend for it. Thanks Jim

Sorry to hear man I know how it is I came head to head with one last night also but we didn't meet up like you did. It is that time of year all the time hear in Ky, I have to avoid them every night on my way home from work, been several close calls.

Well I hit 50,000 last night, I had tried so hard to keep the miles off of my truck but the old car I usually drive back and forth to work has quit on me with a full tank of gas. I think the fuel pump went out so I have had to drive the SS to work 40 miles round trip to work and back.

Well guys I am sorry I havent replied in awhile, My wife has been very sick and may be looking at surgery so I am going to have to postpone the event for awhile. I will try to keep posted on what I can do later on. Sorry. Jim
