I was hoping to hook up with you before the event to have the exhaust reworked but it doesn't look like it's gonna happen. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> PM or call TJ might be able to do that next weekend if he has the lift to spare. I have plenty of 3" mandrel bends in stock and I think about 20 feet of 3 inch pipe as well as that x pipe.. I ended up not using on my truck.. no room. The magnaflows I can get locally or I am fairly sure TJ can too. Unless you have another idea for mufflers. I can also bring up my TIG next weekend. If we would have to bump the rpm up on the motor to use this cam, I'd be worried about what you said at the track.... parts everywhere. But if the cam will work, for a good price it might be worth it? I think that is a fair cam too but I think with that duration the other thing you are going to notice is where the powerband is now vs after the cam you might not like it as much because you are going to make the peak power up a bit higher. I think the cam I am running as well as vanilla gorilla.. zippy did the install and tune for him.. I think with the lq9 heads and your current config.. might be just the ticket. I will find the part number and drop you a PM or email on it. Truthfully if I were you unless you are hot to do it right now because you do drive so much I would wait till after the winter to do it. We are fast approaching snow and all that new found power might force you to do alot of doughnuts heh.

I will be there I know Stiff1 will have his truck in the show. The VHO will be there if not my turbo'd x cab s10. I am staying with family in henderson I have a place there but defintely loook me up. I might be able to convince zippy to go for a bit

I would say check the obvious things.. fluid level.. when was the last tranny service ect.. If it was a fluke just one time thing that might be the last you hear of it. If it is more significant I am fairly sure you will see it again pretty soon. If it hasn't been acting up ever before I think it is a pretty good chance it is a totally random thing. But none the less if you are concerned take it in and at least let the dealer doccument the problem on your file that way if you do grenade it they dont chalk it up to abuse later on in life.

I would recomend calling Zippy. Especially if your truck is still under warranty.

Dude. No one is crying about it. I have a truck with 4 mods done to it that is running very well. I ran it because I am having fun with it. the only reason I stated anything is becuase you were laughing off the walking part. I ran an F body last night that was .02 tenths slower and It looked like he was a bus length behind me I have video of it. I have been at this for the last 13 years. This is just out having fun. I have a 9 inch tire car that runs sub 8's and 2 s10 trucks that are boosted running into the 11's So I appreciate the run what you brung. It isn't a pissing match. Just putting in my .o2 thats all. The reality is we will probobly never meet on a track so it is all in good jest.

I was tuning the truck. Just so you can get a grasp.. the first pass was a 13.7 with a rough tune. Then a 13.6 Then a 13.3 And then they closed.. It usually traps about 107 So as for the walking part.. yeah.. I probobly can because I have yet to get my new trans dialed in and that was the first time out with good tires. So.. 12's are going to happen. And it is not an SS it is a VHO 2 wd without the body cladding and its 5370 without a driver.

Everything from the SS fits no problemo. I have the ASM's on my VHO and couldn't be happier with them. I really wanted to to Bellanger's but ended up with a great deal from BIG tex on mine. I can't see why it would be a " special" order but either way the price is decent. Good luck with your tune and such.. but remember being in cali.. I would defintely keep the cats.. loosing them only makes it louder not really faster.. I know been there done it. Plus.. cali's emissions are the worlds most rediculus
