Well after talking to a lot of exhaust guys..this is what i have come up with Headers Balenger tri Y design Cats magnaflow 2.5 highflow metalic cats 2.5 X pipe with spintech pro street mufflers and side exit in front of rear tire. every pro i talked to talked me out of 3 inch so this is what i am getting i will post pics in two weeks when it is all installed

get this i went and measured my stock height truck and this is what i have for measurments DR 35 3/4 DF 35 1/4 PR 35 1/4 PF 34 1/2 I have steering knuckles from belltech to go on 2 inch up front i had orderd the belltech leafsprings but some say you get a 4 inch drop well i dont want my rear sitting lower then the front so i canceld the order i think i am going to get shackles instead andyone know how i can fix the front being 3/4 inch out i had some weight in the bed which might account for the PR litle lower it was a bag of motor mix 40 lbs. but the front i am stumpped. i went under the truck and the torsion bar nut that adjusts the keys is in further on the Passanger side then the drivers you would think they would be even. but if i even them out the pas side will come down or the drivers will come up more... anythoughts sorry to steal thred just didnt want to start a new one

yes stock spare rim 16 inch no wiring harnes this you would need a denali or escalade harness i believe for the rear radio

So i was underneth the truck today..i will be installing a two inch drop spindles and leafs in the rear...new shocks and brakes...soon as my brakets get in and fedex finds my leaf springs they lost...anyway...i noticed a couple of things while i was under the truck...the truck is sitting on the front bump stops right now...is this normal or is my truck sitting low??? also i notice a huge bulge in the bushing that connects the steering shaft to the steering spindle or knuckle.. my end links for the front sway bar have a slight bend in them as well...so i dont know whats going on any ideas or help or comments would be great. thanks Aaron

I just got mine...i was wondering should you be able to compress them by hand and when i do i can hear the oil squirting inside is this normal???? any help would be great thanks Aaron

Hey just got my lines pads and calipers...woo hoo just waiting on my rotors and brakets....I just thought i would mention that anyone who is in question of these brakes...they are PBR brakes which use to make the 6 piston calipors for bear brakes. PBR brakes is an autralian company and they make many racing calipers. So these brakes should stop are pigs like a mofo. anyword on the brakets...for those who got an email maybe could chime in...thanks Aaron

Ok so if i go built whats your recomendations.... company: Components i should look for: My local guy has a line on a rebuilt transmision...however i am nervous...he says he has a transmision dyno and will build the trany better then it ever was. so i can order one from a company you guys recomend, or have him build me one to the specs i wish. Personally i just dont know what to look for in a good transmission. my trany 3 4 clutches went and there is metel filings all in the trany, and converter he said is full of shavings. this was on stock power with cervos and a shift kit from zippy, but i am going to be adding a SC in the near future so i want my trany to last and handle the power upgrades i plan to do. also i remeber reading about a torque converter, if i rember correctly it was pink in colour and a lot of people recomended it but i cant remeber who makes it...if this rings a bell to anyone can you tell me the name thanks. So should i rebuild or get a built trany....Pros and cons would be helpful and what should i do to beef up the trany if i rebuild and what trany should i buy if i go new any sugestions would be very helpful...i need to make a descion by tonight... thanks for any input

well the problem is fixed...and it was as i expected it was the other cat was plugged...i officially sick of GM mechanics...but word to the wise when my CATs were plugged it through a gas cap code the first time...and the second time when the other CAT was plugged...it through a MAF sensor code and an engine misfire. so if you have no power and getting bad shifts...i guess check the CATs first. mine went at 100 000 KM so i guess 60 000 miles. you guys should read my post on this i went straight to GM and the replaced everything....mind you i had to get into an accident for them to take notice.....

well i just though i would give an update....the maf code and there is a engine miss fire code now....so they think for sure its the MAF....either way i changed the plugs and the fuel filter....but no change in the way she is running..my MAF should be here this week so hopefully this will be the cure Aaron

i will see what i can do....the truck shifts normal when i just take it easy but when i step on it thats when it goes to hell....at low speeds and even at the highway speeds i cant even pass someone. Aaron
