  1. after radix install my oil pressure gauge stays pegged at 80. From the time I turn the key on it goes to 80 and stays when started. Befor install it would idle at 40 but I don't remember what it did when the key was just on. I've got a new sending unit I guess I'll try that. but I'm thinking it might have started when I tapped into the wrong wire trying to hook up my autometer gauges. anyone have any ideas?

  2. Yeah I had about 5 gallons in mine. It was tuff to handle. In the 05's you have to remove the lower part of the bucket and I couldn't figure out how to get that off. I found an old post by blownchevy on pt.net and he had h2 instructions which is what I needed

  3. yeah it's real fun especially by yourself. I'm trying to add the magnacharger intank pump so I can install a radix. Now I'm trying to remove the pump from the bucket but can't quite get it. I wish the magnacharger instructions were more up to date. They look to be only for 2003 my pump and bucket look nothing like the ones in the pictures

  4. what are the vette guys doing to combat low fuel pressure or are they not having any issues? I know one guy running a 404 with tt and 60lb injectors I'll have to find out about intank. but he wasn't running out of fuel until something like 996rw? kind of confused hope we figure it out because I just bought a radix!

  5. thanks thats what I've heard about the 80. Some people that have switched don't like the gearing and you lose a lot of power. I don't really want to buy a new tranny I would rather replace the parts that fail the most in the one I already have. My brothers 60e just went out and I don't want to be where he is so I better do some preventitive maintenance now while I can :banghead:

  6. what had happened was, back when I did my cam swap I had a lifter ticking so I replaced eight on the passenger side where it was ticking with some I had out of a 2001 6.0 that was on a engine stand then this happened

so I decided when the heads were off I would replace all lifters. So I go to get some ls7 lifters and they are all out so they give me comps at price for gm's so I got a good deal that's why I'm using them. How long should they soak?
