what size tires are theY? -
no, i'm had a new bung welded in, so i now have 5 02 sensors LOL. i don't know what to tell you on the oscillation issue as i'm only using bank 1. i would, but i don't have full leathers and they won't let you on the track without them. i would love to go though. what kind of leathers do you have? i can't justify buying them to because they would only get used like 1 or twice a year.

cool, glad you got it figured out. i did know that the blue wire was the signal wire as that is where i tapped in my nb 02 gauge, but the other wires i didn't know which was which, good work! i don't know what the LM-1 programmer looks like, but my LC-1 gives you 4 options: immediate 1/12 1/6 1/3 i'm using 1/6th. hope this helps.

i want to help you, i really do as i know how frustrating it is to wire these things up. i just don't completely understand your question. Your LM-1 only has 3 wires? If you could explain a little more, i might be able to make some suggestions.

new Chevy High Performance mag look
Holty replied to ChevyHighPerformance's topic in Off-Topic/General
DAMNIT! i just sent them a check for a 2 year subscription just because of that one article they did on Earl's SS. man, this sucks. -
zippy, he is wanting to use his LM-1 WB 02 sensor to log WB data, and simulate a NB sensor so he dosn't have to add a new bung in his exhaust. don't know if this is what your talking about, but you can check this link and it should give you ALL the answers you need. I know you are wiring a LM-1, but the LC-1 wires basically the exact same way. http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2947

What I have been up to these past days!
Holty replied to r8rs4lf's topic in Radio/Electronics/Security
good job man! i had to completely cut those brackets out also. they scratched the HELL out of my old 500/1. took the sawzall to them and never looked back! lets see some pics of the entire setup! -
unfortuneatly, that is not possible. the 1 and 2 functions are programmed in the BCM and aftermarket remotes cannot control the factory BCM, thats why they come with seperate "brains" that interact with the BCM. would be nice though.

unfortuneatly, in todays world, thats about as good as customer service you'll get when you have a cituation like this. i personally dealt with thunder racing only once, and the experirence was good. actually, i ordered the EXACT same thing you did, and got my items quickely. sorry to hear about your poroblem, but atleast you got closure.

good job zip! sorry to hear about the van, but atleast you caught him. how did he get in it anyway? doors unlocked?

I had my car broken into back when i was in high school. They took my head unit, my subs and my amps. I felt so violated. It made me sick for days thinking about it. I didn't care about the stereo stuff that much, but just the feeling of being robbed made me sick to my stomach. I still to this day have nightmares about people braking into my vehicles, especially the SS. Ever since then, i have always had high end alarm systems put in my vehicles. The SS is no different. It has a Viper 791xv system, with two extra hidden interior sirens, battery backup, and mercury switches on the hood and tailgate. Plus i had the installer wire loom all the wires under the dash and relocate my alarm brain to behind the factory subwoofer instead of just under the dash where they are normally installed to. Also, my factory alarm is still intact, so that will go off as well as my Viper. I hate thieves, and if i catch someone trying to break into my truck, i will inflict serious pain on them. very serious pain. dude, if i were you, i would think about an aftermarket alarm, even if its just a cheaper model, it will still have shock sensors that will go off if the window is broken. Luckily now i have a house with a attached garage, and a security system in the house with motion, glass break, door and windows sensors. Yes, i'm paranoid.

I'm beginning to think im living a shallow life as far as forums go. The only two i really visit are this one, perftrucks, and hptuners. so what are all the different forums you guys are members of?

I'm just posting MY experience, not bashing pcmforless at all, as Bryan is a hella nice guy and is a great tuner. I had a pcmforless Radix tune from Bryan. Unless he's changed his "standard" Radix tune since when i had him to mine, his tunes are very "HOT". meaning, very aggressive timing curve. I had KR all over the place and ran somewhat on the lean side. I'd say if you are not seeing ANY KR, than you have a knock sensor problem. Then again, i could be wrong, maybe you just have a spot on tune, or a very "safe" timing curve. Hard to tell without me being able to see your tune.

just ordered the new stealth box, part# SB-GM-SXT/10W6v2/DG2. i hope it matches my interior. I thought our interiors were called Graphite, but JL lists the 03 truck models to have dark charcoal. my local audio shop usually hooks me up, but he said the best price he could give me on these were $1000 plus tax. should be in next week.
